No drinking water in the room. The towels are old and worn out, they need to be properly washed or changed. The cutlery are substandard.

Great reception, especially Claudia! She was welcoming and sweet. Noticed a bit of food in the staircase from floor 1 to 2 for the three days we were there. Needed a bit of cleaning.

Loved the food at breakfast. Convenience to public transportation. Hated the location. Drunk soldiers were rowdy. When I arrived, as I walked up to the entrance, a drunk soldier broke a large bottle of liquor and just walked away leaving broken glass all over the sidewalk. and the station entrance nearest to the hotel was filthy. From the eating lounge I saw the police handcuff and take someone away. It didn’t feel safe outside the hotel.

Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast, many choices. Very helpful staff - help us with our dead phone on arrival, give us a map and give us lot of information. Many places around the corner to eat. Close to main tourist attractions and very close to train station. Hold out luggage before to get the room and after check-out so we could visit. Very spacious bathroom, likely ideal for an handicap person in a wheelchair. Bathroom door did not close. Light noise from bathroom ventilation. Bathroom was suitable for an handicap person, however, a tiny leap in/out of bathroom and mirror was too high for someone in a wheelchair.

room was ok location was great breakfast was crowded and the food was barely ok staff was pretty uninterested sometimes, when we came for a beer in the evening the staff didn´t clean off the tables after the other guest (plates and glasses stood left on the tables) although there where at least 3 staff there

I definitely do not recommend it. The rooms were terrible. We stayed for 4 nights, the bed smelled bad, we couldn't sleep because of the stuffiness. The pillows smelled bad. There was no ventilation, it was terrible, absolutely not clean.

The location and the staff. The bed was very noisy. With every movement the bed was squeaking. The floor of the shower was also squeaking.
