A-STAY Antwerpen

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. We stayed there as we were going to Tomorrowland and wanted to be near the train station. And wowsa - it was so close! The room and hotel was brilliant and the breakfast was exceptional. Would definitely stay again! It was all good - nothing to be negative about

Location was fantastic. Check in was easy and the room was comfortable. I never used the laundry or the gym, but I did take advantage of the food after coming back to the hotel at night. My restroom was clean but smelled foul, as if the room had been wiped down with a mildewy towel. I asked the front desk to send a cleaning person up but that never happened. I ended up going to the convenience store to buy a bottle of all purpose cleaner to clean it myself.

The location is perfect.It’s close to the Antwerp central station and the Main Street for shopping and restaurant. The WiFi is weak and disconnected all the time. TV is not able to connect with my YouTube even I used the WiFi members with the password of my room number, nothing works on TV and the WiFi Internet on my phone. The toilet & bathroom was clean, but the sink is smelly in the room every time when we turn on the tap. The smell was quite strong and disgusting. I suggest the hotel can be aware of this problem. Some food/ coffee stains on the walls and the table’s corner, which makes the room look dirty.

Right near the train station in the diamond district. A short tram ride to the historical part of Antwerp. The staff was friendly, the room and hotel were really clean, they had beverages for sale downstairs and a beautiful courtyard. Will definitely be coming back, if we are in Antwerp again!

Central location, tasteful interior and great value for money. The place is thoughtfully decorated and every space in the room is cleverly utilised. There are no kettles or coffee machines in the room but then we get complimentary coffee in the lounge downstairs in the mornings. We love the little courtyard garden for sitting out. Breakfasts are reasonably priced and delightful.

The bathroom and washbasin area was not conveniently separated from the main room area. Water from the washbasin was getting onto the floor in the room. Also, dirty items left by previous guests were stuck in the gap between the washbasin and the shower.

Didn't eat breakfast, but I loved to have a free cup of black coffee in the morning! Rooms are compact but incredibly enough there's space for everything! The whole hotel structure is amazing. Friendly staff, everything seamless automatic/digitalized. Top experience! Nothing :)

Breakfast was awesome. Location is very well. Room cleaning service was so bad. There were pillows without anything on it. We stayed 4 nights there, no change for bedsheets.

Only a few minutes walk from the train station, the hotel is modern and the staff friendly and helpful. Geared towards a younger crowd with decor and messaging, we in our 60s got along just fine. As we arrived in the morning, we put our small bags in a locker and the big bags were put in a back room. The room is ergonomically arranged so it's a tad tight but efficient and all worked well. Comfy bed and duvet and good bathroom with strong water pressure and hot water. Being near the train station and main pedestrian walking street, there are tons of restaurants and shops nearby and museums and the main square were just a 10-20 minute walk away.

Everything was great super friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures the room also has a bunch of light settings. The shower was great as well. The location is a bit dangerous at night as it is close to the station, but overall everything is very secure and controlled at the hotel

They do not provide room cleaning for staying over multiple days. You have to pay for room cleaning which I found unusual.

Location was great for me as I was staying a short time and wanted to be close to the train station. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I felt misled because I was told I was upgraded to a better room then was awoken by drilling on the wall directly behind me. It felt like I was given the room no one wanted. I brought it up to staff who offered to move me, but since I was only staying a short time, I declined. Overall staff was very accommodating and professional. Also, the shower door didn't totally seal, so water got into the room so I had to use my towels to clean that up.

I really liked the design and the warm locals The bedroom had a lot of dust that made me have asthma. But overall clean.

Perfect Nope!

Everything! This is one of the loveliest hotels I've stayed in. Excellent value for money and location was very central. The hotel lobby has beer on tap, coffee, pizza, muffins and snacks for purchase if you like with a lovely atmosphere to hang out in. I loved this place and Antwerp is a wonderful city to explore, the old buildings and incredible. The room has a tiny shower and toilet that almost feel like you are in the room with who you are travelling with rather than a "bathroom" it's hard to describe but it was kind of cute too just not very private. It wouldn't put me off staying there.
