Great place for Disney! And nice pool covered with an amazing buffet breakfast

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable bonus for having fridge and microwave. Pool was perfect temp but lack of towels and surrounding area not very clean. Location was across Toy Story Prking lot very convenient if you do not want to pay parking or wait in long entry line. Breakfast was okay nothing special. I would stay here again for the location and price.

The room was really big and spacious. I reserved a king size bed room but was given a larger room with 3 beds. No complaints although I only slept in 1 bed. The entire space was clean with a clean bathroom, a/c, a mini fridge and microwave, those were the main things needed on a hot summer weekend. The staff was very friendly and I truly enjoyed my stay.

Staff was great! Everyone from the front desk, to housekeeping, to Kitchen was friendly and helpful! Thanks. Might of needed a better clean overall, in general.

The room had a smell of an old building. Breakfast was not pleasant any of the mornings we were there.

A lady was in front desk and she was rude even not talk just shaking her head also they keep my 75 dollars for one month.

The room was very clean, parking was plentiful and easy, breakfast was good, and the staff were amazing!

No servía cafetera en habitación e inmediatamente lo reporte y no me solucionaron hasta el tercer dia, cama con la base dañada, gotera en regadera qué no deja dormir, el desayuno es muy limitado, te cobran 20 dlls por estacionar tu vehículo por día.

Lo cuartos no y baños no están limpios, el desayuno es malísimo y el internet no funciona ni un poco

One of the worst stays we’ve ever had. Waited 25 minutes to check-in with only one person being helped ahead of us and never once greeted. In fact, the employee was rude when I approached the counter. Peak check-in time and only one employee at the front desk. This should have been a huge red flag. By the time we headed to the room there was a line to the door of waiting guests. When our elevator doors opened we were hit with a pungent chemical cleaner smell that also filled our room. We were booked for 6 nights and the smell never fully cleared. It looked like there was black mold around bathroom fixtures, furniture was grossly stained and shredded, drawers kept sliding open, the AC stopped working on our last night, the bathroom light went out our first morning, the ice machine was broken on our floor and we had to go up two floors to get ice. On that floor the emergency exit sign dangled from a wire in the ceiling. We spent as little time in the room as possible. We ONLY stayed because we had already unloaded our vehicle and were planning on spending full days out, only briefly sleeping in the room. That said, we made the wrong decision. We are pretty flexible travelers willing to put up with some inconvenience, but we should’ve made other arrangements after our poor check-in experience. I would not recommend this hotel. It seems like a health hazard. Code enforcement should evaluate the sanitation and potential health violations of this place.

The rooms were clean but the bathroom was old and the tub was stained. The rooms don’t even have a number to call front desk if you need extra towels, etc. Very old hotel.
