No microwave. The tub looked disgusting. Homeless people around property.

I appreciate extended stay for the amenities such as covered parking and location to the park as well as accommodating pets for a reasonable price. Although I left my dog at home this trip, we enjoyed staying at this location, but the tubs appeared to be unclean however it’s the repairs throughout the years that made it look like that. Also, the countertop for the kitchen was also a little out of shape, and the fridge looked very old, but everything functioned as it should, and the bed linen was clean the Internet went out or the TV blacked out a couple times. The room was 402 if you’re not too picky and just need a place to sleep while you’re away at the parks all day definitely choose this place. If you’re a little picky and scrutinize everything this may not be the place for you.

Property Is very Clean, The Rooms are really nice especially them being updated! Staff is really Helpful and Always smiling making you feel Welcomed. Free Parking is a Big Plus especially in this area next to Disneyland and the restaurants! Love it here!

My Parent and I stayed at this hotel, and you were limited towels, the staff was not very helpful, and it would smell like drugs, and in our room there was mold on the pillow. and make sure to take your own pots and pans because when asked they said there is none available.

The hotel was so dirty your feet would turn black and stick to the floor there is no maid service you have to do everything yourself including cleaning from the last guest there is no breakfast either that is a lie terrible hotel

Room was spacious and clean and quiet! Bed was comfortable!

My family enjoyed their stay. There was an instance where one of our kids found a dead bird in the pool filter and the staff responded quickly. They demonstrated they knew the process for safety and how to dispose of potential wastes.

the property was filthy and when we asked to change rooms because our room was dirty they tried to upcharge us for putting us in a room with 2 beds. We did speak to the front desk and they were able to fix the charges but overall we were pretty disappointed with the property.

I was very disappointed I have stayed here many years back and I don't remember it was this dirty and just the whole staff was not on top of anything I I will never stay here again thank you I'm just being honest

We spent the weekend at Disneyland, and when we returned, our room had not been serviced or refreshed. We understand that housekeeping policies vary, but the overall level of service was poor. We had to ask for basic amenities instead of them being provided. Another concern was the area outside the hotel. There were homeless individuals around the property, and I did not feel comfortable leaving my belongings in the room. I ended up taking my expensive items with me whenever we left because I didn’t feel they would be secure. Overall, the cleanliness, service, and sense of safety did not meet my expectations. We don’t ask for much when we travel, but based on this experience, I would not stay here again.

Looks old, bathroom moldy, some small spiders and upstairs neighbor can hear early morning footsteps, request fir utensils not given and some amenities need to be requested like shampoo etc. The young lady who recieved us was nice but the other girl was not acceptable. The internet was very slow and the breakfast was disappointing ( coffee , some power bars and cup cake)

Good location The check in girl, she said the tap payment wasn’t working even though I’ve used it multiple times, then the internet was so slow it effected my cash app payment, then she said I can’t accept that card, it’s was the only one I had…the refrigerator buzzed for 3 nights, was told manager was out and didn’t know when he’d return, it’s was a financial nightmare…fireworks were great, but morning staff unfriendly, gave selective cheerfulness…

the convenient location. Staff friendly, but didn't have resources to be very helpful. no hot chocolate, only 1 spoon left, few and poor choices even for a continental breakfast. Short on supplies. No extra toilet paper in bathroom. Good thing we left early a.m.

It is great here Will the manager and his staff are amazing! Our room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable.

I liked that is was pet friendly and they do not charge an arm and a leg to bring our fur baby’s. I will be staying here again

Great stay

Yes , but you can see dog poop is everywhere, especially at the property main entrance.. No one has ever picked up after their pets and no one from the property ever clean as well. Upon checking in, they ask for the dog's crate, which was never mentioned that they require dogs to be on crate. They only mentioned for the extra fee. Breakfast : For our entire stay, all they have is hot water, coffee, chocolate and a muffin. Our stay with this property was a total disaster. This is the worst property we have ever stay and we will never ever go back.

The location Everything, the hotel is old, dirty, understaffed. No house keeping services, drains don’t drain properly, water pressure isn’t good the smell of weed in the hallways, people living there. It was so bad I cried knowing I had to stay there.

Optimal location… With all the build up and excitement of this out of state birthday trip for our soon to be two daughter, the stay at the Extended Stay America Suites - Orange County - Anaheim Convention Center was cut short on 6/3/26 d/t an unprofessional and unsympathetic staff which includes as was stated to me the sites general manager and desk clerk! We encountered a knock on the door in the early AM hours d/t placing linen outside the room that we where staying in for our daughters birthday trip to Disneyland to which the stay was already paid for! Unfortunately during this trip our daughter became ill and soiled the linen being the reason I placed it outside wrapped up with no exposure to what happened until seeing about our daughters well being which is priority, upon following up with having the linen outside the door which has nothing in there policy for not doing so and is normal to do when traveling and being in hotels! Not asked but rudely demanded of the removal from the hall way with no regard to anyone’s well being nor respect was very dismal and with no consideration a call was soon followed with no professionalism and rudeness demanding that we check out of the establishment even with removing the linen from the hall as demanded to with no confrontation! With the call being placed and our daughter finally getting to sleep and getting some rest after a horrible night for her I informed the desk clerk that I will come down to discuss the matter! Long story short there was no reconciliation to which I then asked to be refunded the rest of the nights booked and given a receipt and the desk clerk complied that it will be given when I checked out! Upon checking out a different desk clerk said that the transaction will be sent through booking.com and as of this message nothing has been addressed! Even with checking in the staff had to verify if the room was clean and ready which it was not as we found our feet dirty just by walking on the floor!
