The location is perfect, not too far of a walk to Disneyland. We have stayed here twice now and will be our “go-to” hotel for the future. That there’s no gym.

Jose from the front desk was knowledgeable and helpful. Jose helped with a difficulty I had with booking and quickly resolved the problem. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent.

Rooms needed dusting and there was stuff left behind from the previous gust that was never picked up behind the door

Breakfast was good and I observed one of your crew "Mario" was super friendly to everyone in breakfast time. He was making everyone around asking how is their day what is the plan. It is nice to see that. Didn't know that you have to call for room cleaning.

Great location…very close to the Toy Story parking lot and its shuttle to Disneyland, which anyone can use to ride to the park at no charge. We stayed in a loft, which has two queens, a king, and a pull-out sofa, plus two bathrooms. Easily accommodated both our families (7 people total)

We loved the free breakfast in the morning, such a large variety of hot food and lots of tables, very nice area. We appreciated the free parking, the room was nice and clean, bed was a little bit too firm but it was manageable. We would stay here again and also loved being close to the Garden Walk.
