The free Laundromat. I came to check-in at 2:30pm but my room was not ready. The desk said ot was still being cleaned. I got the key at about 7pm. But when I decided to get into bed the sheets were dirty and there was a stain on the sheets. I went down to the front desk at 2am to change rooms. They said I had to get all my stuff and come back to change rooms. When I changed rooms the new room's air conditioner was so was the window. I couldn't keep the windows open because there was no screen and I didn't want mosquitoes to come in. I went back down to the desk at 6am because I could not sleep because my room was too hot. They said they couldn't change my room and said I had to come back. At 10am someone came to ask my name and apologize for my inconvenience but they didn't say what was going to happen with my room. At 12:30 when I went downstairs when my things that was when I was informed that my room was going to be changed back to the previous room. My room was not refreshed after that, which was disappointing. Also, upon coming arriving I noticed tgat the outside sitting areas was quite dirty and had not been picked up from the restaurant patrons.

It’s very well connected to the center of Amsterdam, about a 20-30min ride to anywhere you would want to go. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The hygiene is very good and the cleaning ladies come every day. Overall experience is amazing, will definitely be back! There was nothing wrong at all

Location, staff, clean and modern rooms.

We stayed for 4 nights, and overall we had a great experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, there was a good variety of fresh, quality food. The location is very convenient. There are both tram and metro stations nearby, making it easy to reach the city center as well as travel to and from the airport. Our room was clean, comfortable, and serviced every day. It was also surprisingly quiet. Our window overlooked the basketball court, so we occasionally heard some noise during the day, but it was never disruptive. The amenities were good. The gym was well-equipped for a hotel gym, and the coworking space/library was comfortable, quiet, and a great place to get some work done. What stood out the most was how genuinely kind and attentive everyone at the hotel was. Their hospitality made a big difference, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Amsterdam. Nothing comes to mind.

Very clean room, smells fresh, close to metro
-
Close to public transportation Lobby under construction

There were a lot of rats on the property. They advertised having AC but did not have AC. Many things in the room didn’t work and had to have maintenance.

Amazing! Would stay here again and again

Friendly staff and closeness to the Metro station It is in a residential area and there are no good restaurants nearby. Even to find a good grocery store nearby was difficult.

Very lively, comfortable, clean. Very friendly and professional staff.

Very organized hotel, reasonably priced. Great staff and nice areas. Both a tram stop and a metro station are right in front of the hotel. We barely used the metro because taking the tram was much nicer, even though we had to switch between two lines. It was beautiful to sightsee along the way, and we would reach the city center in just 25 minutes. No matter where we went in the city, getting back to the hotel was always easy. Daily housekeeping is included, which is very convenient. There are plenty of common spaces to use and an amazing staff. The room size is great, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The room was equipped with everything we needed. Everything was good!

First time in Amsterdam experiencing this type of boarding. I was impressed by all the amenities provided and aesthetic of our room. Overall, the place adequately met our needs and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. TV was not able to stream apps for entertainment.

The hotel is very clean, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It is very comfortable and conveniently located near the metro and tram stations. The bathroom was very clean, and the hotel offers excellent amenities. Access to the hotel can be a little difficult with large suitcases because the front stairs are very narrow. However, there is a ramp available that helps.

The front desk staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help us with any questions we had. The laundry facilities and the water fountain to fill up your water bottles was also an added bonus. The only people that weren't as friendly were the ones that worked at the cafe. The prices were also extremely expensive for coffee/snacks and were surprisingly cheaper for those things even in downtown Amsterdam. The cafe also didn't open until late some days which was weird.

Good breakfast, though it could use more fruit. Right next to GVB stations. The main floor often had spilled liquids, and the staff seemed indifferent. We later understood why. After accidentally breaking a glass and spilling beer while carrying it to our table, we picked up the shards and flagged down a staff member, expecting assistance. Instead, they simply brought towels and instructed us to clean the mess ourselves, saying, "Do your best." It is baffling that customers are expected to clean the floor. To make matters worse, even after we cleaned up, they did not offer a replacement beer despite the amount we had already spent. Shower caulking had developed unsightly dark spots.
