Check-in and out is a self-process. It's ok, but that means the communication with the staff is very limited. Nobody explained us about the breakfast time and place, wi-fi, or other related issues. We had to figure everything out by ourselves.
-
Location was very good with plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, as well as being a walkable distance to downtown. It's also adjacent to a lovely park.

Loved the hospitality and the location

The restaurants opening time.

İt was a clean room. The bed is really comfy and bathroom is clean. For a water 5 euro? That was expensive. And its not easy to find uber from the hotel pickup.
-
Bit far out of city center, would have liked a fridge in bedroom

We liked being outside of the tourist areas but it was still easy to get to the center by tram or metro. Besides the hotel breakfast you could choose just getting a coffee and a snack. The lobby is a nice place to hang out. The nearby park is beautiful. I like that there was an iron in the room. No mini fridge. The shower door is too small and it’s impossible not to spill water on the floor. Only one pillow per person, so you have to request another one if you wish.

Clean, Quiet, staff was very friendly Sink in the bathroom was clogged and nobody came to fix it, temperature in the room could not be adjusted as thermostat was pre-programmed

Beautiful location in the park, the room was pretty spacious Very expensive breakfast. The bed didn't make sense - it was difficult to sit while in bed. The self check-in was not working and the staff wasn't very quick to help.

The location is in a park outside of the center of town. It is quiet and near to tram and bus stops. There are many grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. The employees at the check in were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful but a bit expensive. The airport shuttle is reasonably priced and runs even if only one person signs up. The rooms are a bit larger than expected. The restroom is large as well. My room was in a corner and there were fantastic views of the city on two sides. The bed was very large and comfortable with many pillows. I noticed many airline employees such as pilots and flight attendants stay here. Many activities such as check in and signing up for the airport shuttle are done online and with a smartphone. I would prefer human contact for questions and assistance.

It was my choice. I should have picked a place closer to city center. It was difficult sometimes to get a share ride driver.

Breakfast, room, location The room need a refrigetator

Location, all little outside of the city center, but close enough to get to, proximity of the park was great Expensive snack bar

This hotel is really clean, comfortable and a good addition to a memorable vacation

The room was nice and clean, with a nice bathroom. The breakfast was abundant and excellent. The park in front of the hotel was agreeable to relax. It is close to Schipol with a convenient shuttle The hotel is relatively far from the city center. We had no car so we took the bus to reach, which was okay. There was no option to watch the Champions league final match!

location is super nice, but trams has changed the itinerary due to renovations and mantainance in the city, therefore, was not so convinient to change trams to go to the city center.

Very helpful staff with great English translation and local advice for sight seeing rather than just tourist attractions. The night manager Victor (I hope that’s correct) was very helpful with all of our requests at any time. The address online for the shuttle bus seems to be incorrect. On my arrival to Amsterdam I was taken a ways away from the actual meeting point. But I also may have been wrong so it is more of a please check than anything bad

We were greeted by the hotel workers and they were very nice with helping us check in. The hotel was physically in a convenient area for my friends and I, as we were able to walk to the bus stop in less than five minutes. The restaurant on floor 17 was fantastic. The drinks were well made and the staff was super nice and accommodating. We chatted with the waiter and bartender and they were great. When we got to the room, it wasn't as clean as we had hoped. It definitely wasn't dirty, however there was a fake eyelash on the floor and some stuff in the sink. That wasn't a huge deal. We had three girls staying in this room with 1 king sized bed and 1 extra cot bed. The cot bed was physically broken and was missing 5 of the bars that was needed to keep the mattress up. My friend literally fell threw the bed when she tried to sit at the base of it. I called the front desk around 5pm local time and asked them to fix it, which they said they would. We went out for dinner and didn't come back until 11pm local time and the bed was not fixed. Despite there being "24/7" reception, nobody picked up the phone and nobody was at the front desk so my friend ended up having to sleep on the king with us. The following day, we also had to request for toilet paper 5 times with no luck and had to walk down to reception to get it. I don't think the hotel was bad by any means, it just really frustrated us after spending ~1k USD on the stay. We stayed in other hotels that are not "big names" that were much better stays.

The location was a bit farther from city proper.

Great breakfast with vegetables, fruits, cheese, pancakes, sausages, scrambled eggs, etc. The city view is also very nice. The rooms were clean, and the location is convenient, close to tram and train stations. The city centre is reachable on foot. The staff were friendly. Upon check-in, we were told that the room had not been paid for, so we paid again. A few days later, we checked ourselves (not informed by the hotel) and found out that the room had actually been paid for twice. The hotel admitted the mistake and refunded our money, but resolving the issue took additional time. No fridge in the room.
