Loved the place got everything intact staff are supper supportive

I liked the room. It was updated and comfortable. The room walls and carpet had some stains in certain areas.

The location was good close to shops, restaurants and good transport links. The floor is in the bedroom had something sticky on the floor. No drink glasses, water or cutlery provided in the room. Tea and coffee facilities should be replenished every time the room was made up. Breakfast was not satisfactory at all either it had been sitting too long under the lamp and crisp or seemed left out for hours. Not a good selection food. Only plus was the coffee machine. I wasted my money.

Not thrilled with diy check in/out

The room was nice and clean, everything was working and the bad has been very comfortable. The location is good, with a bus and tram stop very close. The furniture and the room overall were a bit worn out, but just as aesthetics, everything was working perfectly

Very nice hotel, clean, customer service was very helpful. Security breach. The hotel provided our room key to others, the people walked in to our room while I was undressing. This is not acceptable. Violation of my family privacy. Additionally, the TV was cracked when we entered the room. The cleaning people never checked if the equipment was working or broken. The staff replaced the TV the next morning. After day 2, the cleaning people took or stole the TV remote. When got back the remote went missing. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Comfortable beds, enough space in the room and breakfast was perfect for an easy start of the day. The tram was nearby, which was nice for our visit to the city every day.

The location of the property is very good. It’s just steps from a tram stop and it’s easy to get anywhere using public transit. The hotel’s public areas are clean and reasonably modern but our room needed some updating and a bit of TLC. Curtains were threadbare, the stone windowsills were not secured (glued down) anymore, etc. There were no issues that affected our stay; the room just needed some updating and fixes.

My only gripe was the WiFi left something to be desired. It would cut in and out and did not make doing computer work fun. Other than that it was a great stay.

The property is always clean, the room is spacious as described, every small detail i need is available: like refrigerator, coffee machine , air dryer etc…. This time only the shower wasn’t as hot as the hand wash mixer though it was hot enough for my partner

We had a pleasant stay at XO Blue Tower. The front desk staff were super helpful giving us options for an early check in but we opted to just drop our luggage off and come back later in the evening. Kiosk check-in was easy, though a staff member was there to help us out. One small detail we noticed is everytime we came back, the staff would always say, "hello" or "welcome back" which was nice. The room and bathroom were clean and the aesthetics just made it feel comfortable to come back "home" to at the end of the day. The rainfall showerhead made for a relaxing spa-like shower at the end of the day. The bed was comfy too! We think this is a great option for a budget friendly hotel. The area itself had a lot of garbage around and some sketchy people who yelled weird things at us on separate days but for the most part, we felt safe. There also were a few times there was garbage in the elevators. The location was also a little far from the main area in Amsterdam but we knew that when we were searching for hotels. We did however, feel the hotel was in a great spot for public transportation.
