It is in an industrial area and a bit far from central Amsterdam. Had to take a metro and a bus to get there. Did not have breakfast there as it was quite costly. Had 2 cups of expensive coffee.

Nothing. Unfortunately, we only had negative impressions Unfortunately, the hotel did not try to help with any of our requests. 1 When booking, I requested a room on a high floor. The hotel seemed half empty, but we were given a room on a very low floor. 2 I also requested a quiet room. Instead, a group of young people was placed in the two rooms next to us. They were very noisy throughout the night. I went to reception and asked for help, but nothing was done. It was very difficult to sleep. 3 The hotel is advertised as being only 2 minutes from the metro, but the metro was not operating during our stay. I asked if it was possible to cancel the booking because of this, but the hotel refused. 4 The beds were terrible. There were two separate beds pushed together, and they kept moving apart during the night. We asked for a room with one proper double bed, but the hotel refused unless we paid extra. 5 The phone in the room did not work, so we had to go to reception every time we needed something. 6 The Wi-Fi was very poor and sometimes did not work at all. 7 The towels were not changed during room cleaning. 8 There were no slippers in the room. 9 At check-out, the staff asked how our stay was. I told them about the problems we had, but they simply ignored my feedback. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and the service was very disappointing. It definitely does not match its star rating or the high score on Booking.com.

Very clean Staff very nice Location very good The only problem was the light in the bathroom which is operated by a movement detector. Sonif you are in the shower the system does not notice you clearly and you stay in darkness. Nothing big but to be shared.

Single quilts on a double bed Automatic bathroom light. Disturbed other person when you used toilet at night. And went off whilst using the shower.
