Nothing they are thieves and owe me money. I’ve been chasing them since June to get a refund on the city tax. As an Amsterdam resident I am exempt from paying city tax in the Amsterdam municipality. The rooms are spacious They wouldn’t let ys heat up the food, the hair dryer was faulty- it was about to catch fire. The location wasnt the best either

The most comfy place ever. Solo women traveling safe. The staff is awesome and always so sweet. And the rooms are incredible with a great noise isolation. +++ for the Marshalls. The cleaning could be better; looks like it's done in a rush.

Excellent breakfast, large parking, quick elevators, great location very close to the metro station. You get a free drink at the bar if you opt out of daily room cleaning!

Very modern, comfortable, spacious room. Close to the subway. Easy to reach from the train station and easy to get to the city center. Very nice bar with great cocktails. All was good.

The room was incredible I would say staying in the rooms they didn’t give us sort of a guide to how to use the electric stuff and the stuff was not helpful at all and they was very rude
