I’ve been charged twice for my booking and no one is responding to my messages. I booked with free cancellation and the money went straight out of my account October 2025. I stayed August 2026 and the day after checking out I have been charged again. With no one responding to my messages

Underground parking, good beds. Too noisy, it was clean, the breakfast was poor. One of bed sheets had stamps. The breakfast is till 9 and at 9 o'clock they were trying to kick out of the hall while you eating. On check-in they told you they clean every three days and if you want earlier you should contact them. On fourth day they didn't come. I tried to confront them they told me they will come tomorrow. Tomorrow was the day we check-out.

Great hotel. We loved that parking is included in price. Breakfast was very good with lot options. Bed is super comfy and Room was clean. Staff at reception and at breakfast area were super nice.

Just location Our room was not clean, and there was no milk, sugar, or even bottled water available to make a coffee. On top of that, the room was extremely hot because the air conditioning was not working. After waiting for a long time, we were told by reception that the hotel was fully booked and they could not provide us with another room. After a while, they somehow managed to give us another room, but this room was also very dusty. We were told that the room was actually out of order, but that we could use it because there were no other rooms available. There were also no towels in the bathroom. Unfortunately, we had no other option and had to spend the night there. For future guests, my suggestion is that the hotel properly checks and prepares every room before allowing guests to stay in it. This was a very disappointing experience and certainly not what we expected from a hotel.
