In a front of the tram is really a good thing The hotel was clean The stuff are friendly and helpfull It was a comfortable stay To go to the down town we had to take a tram ride for 40 minutes minimum And the same for going back to the hotel It’s just not close to the tourism area

Spacious Lobby, room, bathroom (shower and separate tub), bed. Refrigerator, A/C, coffee maker inside room. Optional €20 PP breakfast option. Location convenient to Sloterdijk train station, tram stop on front of hotel. NA (Stay rates change DAILY. Prepaid my stay weeks before my trip, some nights were between €120 to 190, while we were there, some local rates were around €85- 110.)

Elevator worked? Shower turned on. Toilet flushed. Location was near a tram station which is great when you need to quickly leave this property. Gaslighting, deceptive, and ill-willed. After having to stay in a room that, after checking out was put out of service due to a health and safety standards, unfit for purpose - a putrid odor, likely extensive mold growth or decay carcass - I was promised a refund as the hotel was fully booked with no rooms to place me. I remained awake throughout the night keeping the window open where church bells rang every 30 minutes, and wearing a mask. After waiting and not hearing back from the manager to process the refund, I messaged the hotel via this portal only to have the matter manipulated by stating as a final outcome, that my reservation was non-refundable, so no compensation would be given. Prior to this 'final determination,' the Director of Operations, Angelina Motzo, continuously gaslight the matter with false claims and rhetoric. Examples: 1. A team-member was hoping to not inconvenience me in packing to move, suggesting use of a disinfectant spray and waiting several hours before needing to change rooms. After several hours and it getting worse, I was told the hotel was then fully booked, and no room to move me to. Angelina claimed "In the evening, a room move was offered when you reported the issue. At that time, you indicated that you did not wish to change rooms" instead accepted the spray. 2. The morning of checkout, no manager was on duty, and was told that a refund would process that evening. In the interim, a woman refunded the 20 euro I paid for a late checkout, as only a manager is able to process booking.com refunds. Angelina now claims a 20 euro refund was acceptance of fair compensation. Being that I left the hotel, the matter was closed. This list goes on and on. Negligence, deflection, and zero accountability. Who would chose to say in an unsafe room??She then cut all communications and leveraged booking.com as a moat to try and stop my ability to further pursue compensation.

Property was nice Every thing was ok

The property was exceptionally clean, and the room was very spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, with a tram station right nearby and a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away. Everything was fantastic, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Near the tram stop of Molenwerf (Great to reach city center in about 20 mins). Supermarket and cafes and bars nearby (just some minutes of walk). The day we got to the hotel, when I had to do the check in (which is self service), i asked the receptionist to show me how to do it and he literally started grumbling in front of me and my partner. They have a continental type of breakfast with not much to choose from and with no à la carte options for 20€ (exaggerated price) but that’s a personal consideration after all de gustibus non est disputandum.

The air conditioning did not work properly in our room and led to a leak and minor flooding. I told the front desk on Monday, and by Wednesday they had done nothing about it. We were unable to use the closets and didn't walk on the wet carpet on that entire side of the bed. When staff finally identified the problem, we were given approximately five minutes to move to another room before a technician came in the room to work on the repairs. The floor that we were moved to was having all of the hallway carpet replaced, so it was noisy and smelled very bad. Overall, room surfaces were not clean, curtains were stained, and hallways were usually messy with crumbs, trash, etc.

Location was great and the staff and accommodations too!
-
Though not far from the city center, the hotel is reached only by one line of tram (in public transportation-it proved complicated and tiring to get back to the hotel especially when we were tired and not close to the stops of tram 19- on the positive side it is easy to reach to and from the airport

my room was nice and the staff were very helpful. the lobby is a dump. Certainly not as clean and nice as the rooms. A little decor and some amenities would go a long way. Also the barrier in front of the front desk is unsightly and does nothing to make it a welcoming place. The entire lobby needs to be spruced up to create a warm and welcoming experience. It is VERY tacky and intimidating.

The hotel room was clean, quiet and within walking distance to restaurants. The front desk staff, when present, was helpful. I used the NS app at the airport to download funds onto my smartphone took the No 2 train on the no. 3 track, walked a 1/4 mile, and found the hotel with no problem. I bought my room reservation several months ahead thinking I would be in peak season in early June and was charged double the room rate by this app. I thought I was getting at least a double bed, but my room turned out to be a single bed. All rooms, Queen, double and single were just a few dollars apart. I was allowed to upgrade to a double bed for 5 Euros, but because I paid for a nonrefundable reservation well in advance thinking I would save money, I was literally charged almost double the room rate advertised.
