Excellent location right next to Sloterdijk Station. Staff is helpful. Self checkout 24/7 store with snacks and other items in the lobby. Around 30 minute metro commute to Amsterdam RAI. Breakfast ingredients could be better quality.

You can’t get your taxi in. You must walk with your luggages. Location is a bet far from the center

Room is nice, clean, and very spacious. Lobby is superb and so is the reception area. Breakfast is so good with various choices. Restaurant staffs are very friendly. They will even allow you to take away your breakfast if you are in a hurry or you don't have appetite for early meal.? Location is fairly good. Just few minutes walk from the train and bus station. All the staffs are very welcoming. Appreciate that they have many Filipino employees. They are very hospitable and welcoming! I can't remember any. I prefer to have an ironing board and a flat iron available in the room though. It's available upon request, so no issues.

The location is not in city center but only one stop away with the train so it was quite convienient. The fact that you can not return from Amsterdam center after 12:30 at night and you need to pay a lot in taxis if you find yourself in Amsterdam at these hours.

The hotel itself was great: comfortable rooms, very clean, and everything worked as expected. No complaints about the property or the service. The main downside is the location. If you're planning to spend most of your time sightseeing in central Amsterdam, this isn't the most convenient area. Sloterdijk station is close by, which helps, but it still takes around 20-30 minutes to get to the city center from there. Overall, a solid choice if you don't mind a short commute to the main attractions, or if you're just looking for a quiet, comfortable place to rest.

Perfect location to bus/tram/metro/train station. 3 minute walk. Friendly staff. Great selections for breakfast. Very clean The pillows. Everything else was amazing

The location was excellent—very close to Sloterdijk Station, making it convenient to travel back and forth to Amsterdam Centraal. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable, although only two pillows were provided. We likely could have requested additional pillows if needed. The lobby resto-bar served great drinks, and the staff were friendly and courteous throughout our stay. The bartenders were also welcoming and pleasant. One bartender was honest enough to mention that she had never made a martini before, so we guided her on how to prepare a shaken martini, which we appreciated. The atrium-style elevator would have been a nice feature, but the experience was diminished because the glass walls were covered, preventing any view of the atrium and reducing its overall appeal.

room is in a good size, clean, with air conditioning. breakfast is great on the ground floor, with many options. location, right next to the train station, which is great. everything was up to my standard. i do not have any thing that i did not like. keep up with the good things that you are doing please.
