The staff members are very polite and accommodating, the room itself is very compact, clean and modern. We really enjoyed the fact that you could get free water from the lobby, saved us a night shop search. Close to the metro station, bus and the train(approx 15 min walk)

There's a great range of breakfast items. There was a water fountain for free refill of your water bottle. There was only one size of towel and more importantly only one towel per person was given. I stayed with my friend. Her towel on arrival was dirty. We called reception and they did come and offered us another one. It's a pity there wasn't coffee making facility in the room.

The location is pretty good, very close to public trasport, you can reach the center in 20 minutes. The hotel is clean and the rooms have all the essentials. The staff was great and very welcoming. Having a water dispenser is very useful to cut down on plastic waste The AC in the room cannot be controlled and it's set at a much higher temperature than the hallway, which doesn't make any sense. The carpet in the room could do with a professional clean since it was a bit stained

The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great especially the crispy bacon . The lobby was comfortable since we had to wait a couple of hours. No nearby restaurant (except Burger King)

Everything was great apart from the location really. Location was kind of bad mainly because the closest bus stop was too far away, 10 minute walk.
