Very clean and in a PERFECT location to walk everywhere.

The staff is wonderful, very friendly and ready to go extra step to accommodate your needs. The location is perfect, at the center of everything. The room is small, just take note of it.

The location is 11/10, restaurants, grocery, bike rental, museums all within a short walking distance, even a laundry right across the street. Wifi works great, staff are super kind and helpful, free coffee in the morning! Bed is comfortable, nice pillows, bathroom great, shower heated quick and good water pressure. Room is small, but it doesn't really matter because the location is so nice you'll want to be outside anyway!

Good price for location in the heart of Amsterdam. Good access to tram and nearby restaurants. Staff very helpful Room was clean and comfortable but a bit on the small side which is expected for older building down town. No elevator so be prepared to do stairs.

5th floor room with views, great location, and daily warm up for five flights of stairs(old building no elevator but not an issue). A bit of wear and tare, could use some TLC. Windows need to be washed for better views.

was to noisy, some people outside with music in a speaker until 4am, was very hard to sleep. alf course it is not fault of the hotel, but you need to have this in mind that this can happen!

It was in the middle of downtown so everything was so accessible. VERY noisy at night because there’s a bar right across from the property (sometimes until 5 am, even earplugs didn’t help). Rug in the hall smells bad.

Courteous staff at desk. General cleanliness, nothing too bad, but a bit grotty here and there. Pretty tiny rooms, but that seems to be a theme in Amsterdam

The location was great The stairs, this is not for the impaired handicap carrying heavy bags Injured or elderly (unless extremely fit) No AC No complementary water Insufficient fan No assistance whatsoever with bags Lack of toiletry items

Location was good The parking is far away, so it’s the same as parking in a random parking spot of the city. There is no elevator, which is normal for Amsterdam, but it is important to know in case you need it.

Very friendly people, room cleaned each day w fresh towels, great location. Well the stairs but it's Amsterdam !

The hotel was very comfortable, the stairs were a little difficult for our age. Overall a pleasant stay. Could use a little update in the lobby.
