The location is central and across the Rundle mall shopping area The bathroom has no partition on the shower floor area resulting in water splashing and flowing to the other area of the bathroom . The floor is wet as a result. Not good for elderly guests. The housekeeping not up to standard. Floor mat not replaced and the coffee and tea sachets not replenished after cleaning

Nice 5 star hotel in the heart of ADL Not having a bellman. My booking included Breakfast, after check out, the hotel surcharged on my credit card. This is a mistake of reservation team. Hotel emailed for appology incorrect charge and send the refund after 3 days. Hope that a similar mistake never happen again. Tks.

Great location, bed and clean The request for 30 to 45 minutes late check out as I had to have a last minute Teams call was declined as the hotel was supposedly full… (it didn’t feel like that with just one person in reception…). Not trying to be precious here but I thought that was very poor. I travel average 100 days a year and hardly ask for late check outs but when I kindly ask most times it gets granted. I’ll have to back in Adelaide on 2 weeks do I will just stay somewhere else.

The location was good, the room and bed were comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, excellent options and nicely cooked offerings in the hot section. I booked for two nights, I had to keep the blinds pulled shut with no natural light as three floors of a carpark stared straight into my room giving me zero privacy and a pretty nasty outlook. In addition, the dinner menu looked good but the quality of the food was disappointing.

Central to shops and restaurants The pool wasn’t in service

Shower was cold - informed staff but no change after they left. Pool and spa was advertised as being open on Saturday and Sunday - it wasn't- closed all weekend. Reception did not change invoice as requested even though booking.com said it was up to them to change. All in all very disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Cold shower No pool or spa Reception unhelpful

The central location is so convenient. We attended a Conference at the Pullman so was very easy to stay there too.

We thought the staff were friendly and professional. We loved the breakfast and all the options. I liked that it catered for both children and adults. My daughter loves the pancake maker! We also loved getting upgraded to a balcony room and the birthday cake for my daughter was a beautiful and memorable touch. Only that the toilet filled up when we flushed it and I thought it may overflow at one point. It thankfully didn’t.

Excellent location. Comfortable bed the room was clean. Surprised that the hot water was only lukewarm. We were looking forward to have a hot shower but not to be.
