The location is perfect, right smack in the middle of Rundle Mall. There are a lot of shopping, entertainment and F&B outlet. After hours, we have to use a code to access the door. There are no 24 hours receptionist which is fine with us as well. The hotel is old and so is the room and bathroom. The corridor is old and musty. There are no view from the room, windows facing another building. But everything are in good working condition so we don't mind as we only need a place to sleep and bath.

Noise from Rundle Mall at night

Location was ideal in Rundell Mall close to dining, shopping and sightseeing Air conditioning failed to work, room was freezing even when air conditioning was turned to max (25.5). Rang after hours reception to report that the air conditioning was not heating room, they arrived with a small Goldair fan heater to heat the room. This was in addition to finding three other heaters in the room. Total four heats, obviously a known fault that has not been previously rectified. Nothing happened to correct the air con failure the two nights we stayed. Also, they kept taking additional $50/$100 deposits from our account beyond the initial deposit - continuous monitoring by us.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic

Great spot, comfy bed. Room was basic. Not really a secure lock on the door.

There was little to like about this property. Initially, I wanted a hotel downtown Adelaide that was close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It was close to public transport. The hotel has very poor hospitality, policies, and communication. Their check-in hours are unreasonable, rigid, and inconvenient. Once you book, you cannot cancel, even when they refuse to make reasonable accommodations to allow you to check in outside their 2-5 pm lobby hours. Basically, they have your money, no refund if you arrive and can’t get inside the building. Their lobby entrance is inside a low-end mall across from a K-Mart with sketchy people hanging around in the evenings. It’s hard to find, and feels very seedy from start to finish.

Great CBD location, convenient access and parking, exactly as advertised

Location, location, location ! Oh and free parking.
-
close to what we needed as in CBD. Simple room with good amenities had to wait about 15 mins on phone in the cold for late check-in as delayed in travels. Also door code did not work for any guest.

Great central location. The parking was also super convenient right next to the hotel (not attached to the hotel). Honestly the parking itself makes this property a great value for stay if you have a car. Only issue we had was utilizing the TV. We saw that there was a sign saying Netflix snd similar apps would be available but it seemed our room’s TV was a little out of date to support that function. No major impact but more a “would have been nice”.

Check out early morning ,gate to lift car park inside the building still close ,so we have to carry luggage to car park by road side .?

Our room was large and included a loungeroom. The room was quiet which was surprising given it's in Rundle Mall during festival season. Wonderful central location. Reception desk staffing was limited
-
Wish there had been soap at the sink. Later hours for manned check in. TV options were slim with minimal entertainment value

This is sort of a quirky hotel accessible, on foot, in the Rundle (pedestrian) Mall in Adelaide’s CBD. It was a perfect location for the Adelaide Fringe Festival, something we weren’t aware of beforehand. Surrounded by positive street activity. Lots of great restaurants and shops. The room was large, clean and comfortable, not fancy. Staff were helpful and positive. Access is a little weird. Our experienced Uber driver didn’t even know where it was. There was a Saturday event on the floor below us with loud thumping music that didn’t stop until close to midnight. The restaurant supposedly serves breakfast but doesn’t open until 9.00. Other good options close by.

Centrally located, spacious and very quiet room considering it’s in the middle of town. Easy to get everywhere. Nice balcony for breakfast and drinks looking out over the mall. Everything was great! No road access to have to get dropped a block away by uber/taxi, but not an issue as it was expected by looking at the map.

Comfortable inexpensive room - Great location - free parking and close to fringe festival
-
Internet either low or not working, TV internet only so no free to air TV, just internet channels which didn't work. Room condition old and trader working on room above until 8.00pm at night.

Good location, intimate hotel The hotel included free parking for our rental car which was great and convenient. However the contracted parking structure used, owned another business was poorly designed and horrible to use. Not the hotels fault...designed for very small cars. The hotel room locks were not designed for hotel/commercial use. Much like a residential style lockset. They do not automatically lock when closed. We left for the day closing the door and returned to find the door unlocked because I did not twist the inside button There is no deadbolt installed or flip latch for night security, just a single spring loaded latch like a home bedroom door.
