The room was comfortable and the check in and restaurant staff were wonderful. The overnight room service took an hour for hot wedges. My TV remote didn't work and overnight service was very complacent about fixing it. It was disappointing.

The location was very central, a short walk away from Adelaide uni. The room was fairly clean, bathroom was made up daily as well as a change of towels. Nothing really!

Rooms where very clean and comfortable for 2, close walking distance to anywhere you needed to be The room cards only took you to your level, ground and the restaurant level. We could not go any higher or lower to see our friends
