Clean. Nice view. Nice bath. The people at the lobby doesn't know english. No netflix/primevideo.

Hotel offers free coffee, tea, fruits and crackers whole day for hotel guests. Good restaurants around hotel. Convenient location to high speed railway station. Air conditioning temperature cannot be changed in room. Have to watch your step between bedroom and bathroom.

Great location, near AMTR. Quiet at night, no much noisy Staff are friendly Room light is tooo dim and not bright.

The staff exhibited exceptional professionalism and demonstrated great kindness and assistance, particularly Ashley, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Despite not having cash to pay for the taxi, Ashley generously took care of the payment on our behalf. Additionally, his colleague, whose name unfortunately eluded me, utilized a translator app to facilitate effective communication between us. Furthermore, I must commend the outstanding quality and cleanliness of the room.

Very large rooms if you get the corners, large bathrooms with good size walk in showers. Often guests smoking everywhere in the hotel - leaves a smell of smoke everywhere unsurprisingly enough. Staff seem less than empowered to deal with the issue. Elevators inconveniently placed so can take a while to get up and down to floors.

Very large rooms for the price and has everything that other hotels on the same street have, bit for less! Good walk in showers and very comfortable beds. Kept my bags for weeks too, and staff were very helpful. Only downside would probably be the lifts up to the rooms which can take a little time but not too bad.
