This Hotel is always my hotel of Choice in Xiamen, conveniently located infront of a metro station, the coffee district and stone throw away from the ferry port to Golangyu Would be great if they had a club floor and a good breakfast buffet. Some details I miss since I always travel for business when I’m in Xiamen

Hotel located in a nice area. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was very good. a variety of everything. Very difficult to communicate with random Staff. Front desk staff know a bit of English. In my opinion they need to be able to speak and understand English language a little bit better. especially if you are working in the hotel/tourism industry.

Hot and cold taps are independent so harder too use as compared to one lever type.

Comfortable bed, located beside subway station, good breakfast, fantastic staff. Huweishan hill is behind the hotel, it's a great park for a run or walk.

Upscale hotel with good breakfast. Nice location, good service, convenient for guests to meet us. Though it says walking distance to Gulangyu ferry, it maybe referring to the ferry for foreigners. It’s not close to ferry for the locals.

Location, space in room, very helpful staff, great fitness center, outstanding breakfast buffet, good value It would be helpful if more of the desk staff spoke English. It was difficult to communicate with them since I only understand a little Mandarin. If a guest had no knowledge of Mandarin, it would be extremely difficult.

Incredible staff, big room. I ask for late checkout, thanks to Doris and Vicky for helping me out. Also thanks to Ray, who helped me order food online through meituan. Staff can speaks english, so it helps us a lot! Big room as well, we got free upgrade from booking.com None

It was very clean and the front desk staff was accommodating and friendly, I booked via booking.com and had to change dates multiple times due to personal reasons and they were very polite especially Doris. Thank you for much for the unforgettable stay! We even spend some time drinking on the 3rd floor open area at night and was magnificent. A girl waitress there was very nice too!

Extremely polite and helpful staff, great English. Very pleasant and well equipped room. Breakfast in the Caesar restaurant was varied and adequate. The location is very handy for the local coffee and bar streets, which are themselves excellent Very little to dislike. I thought that the breakfast could have had more options, as many 5* do manage to offer. Probably best use was made of the available space! I noticed that the in-room TV was small by today's standards, but that was not actually an issue for me

Right across the metro station, one of the best locations in Xiamen, very near the tourist ferry terminal Rooms a bit dated. Not that many food options. Nonya cafe and bar doesn’t exist.
