The location is superb. But the downside is noise from the square in the night. The bunk bed frames are quite unstable. When the guest on the top bunk moves or turns over, it shakes the whole frame and disturbs the person sleeping below.

The location amd the staff. The bed/ cubicle smelt truly awful. The room had no aircon. You have to sleep with windows open and that’s impossible because of the noise coming from the square. The shower floor was constantly wet and at times very slippery. You could seriously cause an injury. Overall, it just felt rely dirty and grimy.

The location is phenomenal. The oldest pub in Europe is around the corner. The witches bridge is a short walk away. Amazing food at the doorstep. Lovely, helpful staff. Held my bags all day long on my last day so I could continue to explore. The post office is on the corner. So easy to buy and send post cards. It is a beautiful building. The women's dorm is terribley designed on 2nd floor. There is zero privacy. Just metal framed bunkbeds with lockers against a wall. Difficult to navigate the room if roommates are asleep. All that is needed is to add curtains (which are common in nearly all prior hostels I've stayed in) to the bunkbeds to allow some semblance of privacy. Other dorms on floor seem to have significantly better bed designs.

The location was perfect, just in the city center. The staff at the reception was very polite. The room was very well designed The metallic bed was too noisy. The room was a bit hot and we couldn't open the window due to the noise

The best location in the city. Super clean and comfortable!

The staff didn't speak English all that well, but we still managed to communicate. I noticed it was an issue in the city as a whole, so it's not a problem.

I had the room with city view. Amazing to wake up and open the curtains. Bed was quit comfy.

- Location - Easy check-in - Quite at night - The bed is not very stable and every body movement will be heard

Location is perfect and the beds were very comfortable for being in a hostel. The man I spoke to at reception was very friendly. I appreciated being able to handle my own check-in documents online before I arrived so that all I had to do was collect my key at the desk. Physical condition and restrictions and no towels. The property is in need of some repairs. I hope for the sake of other guests that the men’s restroom on the 2nd floor is a uniquely bad outlier with its taped up urinal and missing door handle. There was a large gap at the bottom of our door that allowed a lot of light and noise from the hallway to enter. There was also a sign on our door which said that drinking alcohol in your own room, or anywhere on the premises, incurs a penalty of 500 zloty. Meanwhile the common room on the third floor was closed for a private event (very clearly a loud party). I could hear drunk people screaming from the stairwell. The priorities of the establishment seem to be misaligned. I understand the need for a semblance of calm and order in a building where many people are sleeping, but unenforceable threats against quiet, legal activities taking place in a private room is a distasteful overreach into the personal autonomy of your paying customers. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

The location, in front of Rynek Square, is just perfect: it can't get any better. They have a common area in the upper floor, with a great view to the Rynek. This is absolutely fantastic specially in christmas season, when you can see the christmas market from there. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The cleaning in the rooms and in the shared bathrooms is very good. The common areas are very comfortable. The price is very appropiate for what you get. The staff was a bit too serious, not very friendly. But the speak english. The building has no elevator and the stairs are long, which is uncomfortable when you have luggage.

The view over the main square was fantastic, and the location is truly strategic, making it easy to explore the entire city on foot. As a downside, the price remains quite high for a hostel and, in my opinion, is comparable to that of a private accommodation. Clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and close to our room

I love that it has a really convenient location & breath-taking view combined with great staff and service! Special thanks to the receptionists, especially Roman for helping me out during this short 2-days stay. In addition, it was really clean and had a chill atmosphere. I will definitely consider booking a spot here again! All good!

There was no elevator but the guy at the check in desk helped me with my bag he was extremely nice, also didn’t like that it had curtains for each bed for more privacy

Perfect location! It’s right in the main square.

The location and how neat the place is. It‘s actually my first time travelling solo and was kinda hesistant in staying in a hostel, but took the risk because they have a female-only room which something I find great since some of the hostel that I found don‘t have that option. Really had fun and my first solo travel is more memorable because of this place.

Some poor design choices (kitchen, toilets/showers) make the hostel quite inconvenient :/

Loved my stay in a perfect area with a great recreation area!!

Perfect location, right in the city center! Spacious room with a huge window the was almost floor to ceiling, it was really beautiful! The bathrooms were also nice and clean, and the kitchen was huge, with lots of space for cooking, and plenty of equipment as well as coffee and tea. The room was clean but it smelled so bad, like sour, dirty socks. I think it is because they don't use a bed frame, but a chaise lounge/chair with a sheet laid on top so the fabric has absorbed some smells. Even after I left, one of my bags that I laid on the bed smelled for a couple days until I could air it out. The lights in the bathroom also auto-shut off after a minute or so, which is very annoying when trying to shower or use the toilet when it's night time.
