Location and building

The location is excellent, right bythe Old Town Hall and Square. Lots of restaurant, coffee and bar options. The pillows could have been a lot better.

"Nice place, but skip the breakfast." The location and the room were great, but the breakfast was awful. The selection was limited and the food didn't taste fresh. You are better off eating at a cafe nearby
-
Superb location, right in the middle of the city. Easy walk to everything that you would want to see in this area. We had an oddball room that was located in what was likely the end of a hallway at one time in the past. It’s not that we didn’t like the room, it was just strange. There was a set of stairs in the den area leading to nowhere.

Location was perfect, less than 2 minutes to the Christmas market. Breakfast was good, nice selection. Shower in my room was lovely. The girls on the front desk were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Anna, Natalia and Kasha!!! I lost count of the number of times I stubbed my toe on the foot of the bed. A bit tight for space by the window

Great location. Friendly staff. Classic architecture. Late night noise. Furnishings clean but old and very worn. Horrible breakfast (e.g burnt croissants, rubbery eggs)
-
Very nice staff. Wonderful location to the old town. Will definitely stay again!

The added "living room". Ideal location. A comfortable 4-poster bed and a very modern bathroom. Easy check-in and check-out. Steps from the main square. Bathroom was a full flight of stairs up from the living quarters. Construction noise started at 7 AM but will probably be completed in the near future.

Very close to the main square. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was helpful and attentive.

Location

I like the location, it's in the middle of the city and right next to the market place or what they call "Rynek". Staff is friendly and considerate. Bed is comfy and toilet is working properly. There is also a tower fan to cool me during my hot stay. Free still and sparking water, there is a water heater and small fridge. Apartment is too dark. Although, I know they clean the rooms, the carpet and color of the entire room feels too expensive for the price. No microwave, iron and iron board for clothes.

Location and price. Breakfasts included. Cozy place

I enjoyed the character and decor. The large windows that I could open. I enjoyed courtyard below Nothing really.

Location is very close to the square, I like that it was a bit hidden, staff was EXCELLENT, there’s an elevator. I like that it wasn’t a typical hotel, has character. This hotel is great for staying a few days if you’re planning on being out and about. Hotel had everything you needed. Breakfast was solid, coffee/tea/pastries. SAFE FOR WOMEN or SOLO TRAVELERS. Beds were a bit small, pillows could’ve been a bit more comfortable/firm. I had the room with two small beds and the room itself is small but honestly it didn’t even matter because we spent most of our time exploring.

Great location adjacent to the Rynek. Very large and comfortable room (suite #316). Modern bathroom. Nice breakfast with many options. Parking nearby very secure. No complaints!
