I had a wonderful stay! Staff members were incredibly accommodating, also kindly brought my luggage up to the room. I was very lucky to be allowed to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. This hotel truly deserves 5 stars! I would happily stay here again.

The whole place is exquisite, I felt like a royalty. The spa was super nice too. We got a late check out too without extra pay, that made our day way more comfortable! Thank you.

This was my fourth stay. Amazing facilities and staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they looked after everything. Really kind and friendly atmosphere and perfect location! Nothing major, just could be useful to have options to link iPhones to the TVs in room as screen sharing didn't work. But this is really not a complaint at all and I only tried it once. No complaints as staff were on hand to help 24/7.
