Size of the room was great, spacious and comfortable Breakfast was very good, with wide choice, great variety and choice from the menu Staff were very friendly and polite Breakfast was compact and got busy, making it a challenge to get from the room to the reception area, especially with luggage

Beautiful, spacious rooms. During the heavy rain, the ceiling in our room leaked directly above the bed, completely soaking half of it. This is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point.

The location was great at a walkable distance to the main attractions. The hotel is very well maintained with a great staff. Rooms are cozy.Parking is a plus but with a small capacity. The air conditioning system seemed to be centralized despite a wall thermostat in the room. Our room temperature did not go below 24.5C despite attempting to lower the temperature. We wake up in the morning to a room temperature of 29C. This was reported to the front staff.

Location and breakfast Ac was broken on a hot!!! sunny!! weekend... To top thinhs up, the elevator was also out of order... my room/ apartment was on the 2nd floor, and the reception is at -1... so, 3 stories to climb up for 5 people with our luggage, on stairs, no bell boys to help... Carpet stained and nasty on the stairs Some furniture was stained The power outlets that lined the windows didn't work.. In the bathroom, the vanity miror was at 2 meters high (unusable) Also, black mould in the bathroom shower... They didn't even offer a refund... sad but true.. this is not 5 stars, meerly a 2 to 3 star hotel...

Very nice rooms, nice looking, nice breakfast options. The location is near the centre of Wroclaw, so it was perfect for us. Great tram options to go around the city as well. A really tight breakfast space which could be made better with normal chairs, if they are already going for "squeeze as many tables as you possibly can in this tight space". Just an idea :)

Great property - stayed in the family suite with huge room, would gladly stay again and provided for our family of five when most hotels won’t without two rooms at twice the cost. We asked for some food just as kitchen was closing and staff happily accommodated our request and made pizzas. Delicious breakfast. Nothing.

Very clean and good location Ac broke but they gave us a fan which helped a bit; it was a heatwave which was unfortunate time for the ac to break.

Good location, comfortable and great sized room. Staff moved us swiftly when realised original room didn't have enough beds. Breakfast was varied. Air con wasn't good. Fruit juices not so good. Lift out of order.
