it is an old hotel that is in process of renovation so you can expect more when they'll finish. Even now it's very clean and pretty comfortable. location is perfect, very good breakfast, they have small SPA zone with bassein and sauna, when We used it it was empty so it was great.

No real.complaints. Just not all that? The room was very well kept and in good working order, but it felt a bit drab. Not really what I would have expected for such a highly rated hotel. Nice enough! Just not 10/10

Beds were soft and water dispenser The towels, the bed making noises every time you move same as the sheets ( super loud ), Tv mostly in German, dusty, not vacuumed, didn't change towels even after leaving them in the tub, spelling errors on information panels, creaky floor, mold smell in the bathroom and around the tub, no place to sit at the pool, the pool was freezing, noisy, could hear every word from people next to us as if we were in the same room, gray toilet paper in the bathroom, ventilator didn't ventilate, speaker didnt play, way too hot even though we set it to 15 degrees, closet was locked completely and the key didn't unlock it.

Noisy upstairs neighbors were jumping around until late hours, the room was not very sound isolated. Our room was right outside the entry hall to all rooms on the floor, so we heard everyone trying to get to their room through the main door which was quite noisy when it shut. The pool and jacuzzi was not very clean, there was A LOT of chlorine in it, but it was yellowed on tiles and grout was blackened.

The location was perfect for the Christmas markets. The pool and gym was great. Beds and pillows were not the best but fine.

Beds were excellent. breakfast was excellent. Staff at the reception was friendly and welcome. I also appreciate that hotel have other amenities (poll, sauna jacuzzi). However little limited space in sauna and missing the place for having a rest after sauna. I like soda bar for free on each floor offered sparkling or cold water and I have to mention free coffee machine at the reception. Excellent location and quiet place. Thanks, Pool supervisor could be more customer oriented. For example to check the towels in cloak room and not to let customer wait long time for new one. For sauna, only towels were offered and their 60cm width is not enough for ladies to cover their all intimate parts. Thus majority of people were having sauna in swimming suit.

in my room air conditioning stopped working; staff went out of their way to try fixing the problem; problem no doubt will have been fixed by now.

This was a very nice property! I believe it was about the closest property to the Old Town in Wroclaw that I saw once I explored the area. The staff especially Maria was most welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious for a European hotel room. The breakfast was included and absolutely amazing. There was even a little play area in the corner for children if they were bored. The stairways if you wished not to take the elevator were always clean and smelt very clean. The pool, sauna and spa were also very accommodating for a small hotel. I have nothing but wonderful things to stay and when I return to Wroclaw this is where I will stay. I do not have anything bad to say. There is a very limited gym in the pool area but I don’t think that could be changed.
