It exceeded my expecrations I totally loved it! Checked all the boxes: comfy beds, room and bath size, easy to find - just opposite the train station, 15-min walk to Old Town, many places to eat or buy food. And quality soundproof. For me it was just perfect!

I struggled with getting entry to my room. The code didn’t work. I was able to get on the phone with someone who eventually fixed it, but I sat on the floor for an hour waiting without hearing from anyone. It was 9pm and I was getting concerned that I would need to find another place for the night. There was no mention of any compensation of any kind. That would be nice. A Booking.com voucher would be nice.

The only thing was that the codes were too long so you need to have phone with you to get in, otherwise you will stay out.

It was very calm and quite. Really nice stay!

Bathroom drain was not working properly but when I let the owner know, they fixed it. So I was satisfied.

The inside of the room of pleasant well decorated, as shown in pictures. The staff deliver the wrong bed sheets, wich lead to one night that was not well sleep, since we where in direct contact with a not so clean mattress. Besides that the general comfort of the beds is besides what they try to sell. We call the costumer service, wich let us without an answer for a full day. When in the next morning we reach again to ask for new bed sheets they demanded photos of the situation, not believing in us.

Excellent location; contactless check-in; convenient bed; good wifi; very clean facilities. Proximity to grocery shops. Coffee machine had zero quantity of welcome capsules (and no info of machine type was on the room description).

The furniture was heavily stained. I tried to avoid directly sitting down on anything.

This unit had a shelf in the shower for products. There was are multiple key pads on the main door and none of the are labeled making it difficult on arrival to get into building. A photo of the correct pad sent with the entry instructions would be more professional.

Really nice room near the old town of Wroclaw Only negative was the late check in at 16:00 but it’s ok.

The whole registration process at the property and the entry to the property didn't work very well. It was necessary to call the property twice to get access (with the delay of 45 minutes). This waiting, and getting non precise information about the access to the property destroyed the whole holiday experience. Only because the property insisted to not let anyone even 5 minutes before 4pm, and even after 4pm the access codes were not available.

It's good location nearby train station.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The chairs provided were good Our air-conditioning and fridge were not functioning properly. We complained about the temperature and stuffiness of the room the first afternoon we were there (Monday 21st of July) and that the fridge did not seem very cold - it certainly did not make the drinks we had bought cold. We made our complaint by ringing the number provided and were then told it was better to communicate via smart chat. We did this and did not hear anything until the next morning when we were told a technician had been called. Then we did not hear anything until the afternoon of the 23rd of July asking us had the Technician come!! - and this was after I had sent another message asking to change rooms which we were told was impossible. The only way we could get the temperature of the room down was to leave the main door to the room open to let cool air from the corridor in. We were there for 3 nights - hot and uncomfortable and on-one responded in a timely manner to our complaints. We even tried to contact Booking.com but no-one responded there either. NOT IMPRESSED

The windows don't that open!! Horrible air quality.

The apartments are very clean and cozy, in a great location with easy check-in. Highly recommended!
