Sleep Inn & Suites Wisconsin Dells - Lake Delton

Sign says “newly remodeled”. It is a $65 night hotel in a busy resort town. So don’t expect a top tear stay. Beds are comfortable. Frig/freezer is the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. Pool/hot tube is average. Breakfast was average.

Nice hotel; clean and convenient location for travelers like us. The parking lights are commendable; makes one feel safe. Breakfast was ok. Thanks for the first floor accommodation.

Nice hotel away from the hustle and bussel of the Dells!

Easy to find off the freeway. Huge parking lot. Check in went fast. Room was very clean. The bed & pillows were so comfortable that we slept a bit later each day. The pool & hot tub was nice. Check out was fast & easy. Definitely recommend this place.

The property is well secured, but have old and dirty carpet throughout the building, which creates bad odour smell.

1 room was missing a smoke detector (taken off ceiling) and a missing peep hole. The other room we booked, the bathroom door didn’t not latch no matter how hard we tried, and then it would open all the way. Both roomsTV channels were nonexistent from what the tv guide said on the tv stand.

It was cost-effective, I chose the hotel because it was on the cheaper side. It was quiet, however, we stayed in August and during the week - so, not as crowded as the June/July crowds. The TV has about 25-30 channels only, but you can use your YouTube or Netflix accounts to watch your favorite shows. We didn’t go there to watch TV, that’s why I am placing this in the “Like” section. If you have one of them children that’s glued to the TV - you might have an issue with this. My bed/mattress was really bad, I couldn’t get a good-night sleep and rest, at all. This was really disappointing, especially after a long day at the water park. The front desk staff wasn’t helpful and friendly. Also, online it is advertised that the hotel has a fitness center. When I asked the front desk - she said they didn’t have one. Lastly, the breakfast was a skip for us. We went the first morning - the waffle mix was so watered down that even after the waffle was “done” it was liquid inside. So, we went to get breakfast at Mr. Pancake.

The room was clean enough, the breakfast was good enough. The pool area could have been cleaner but was decent. It was a good location. It was a great deal for the money.

My request for a ground floor room away on side away from parking lot was granted with no issues. The windows were new and had screens which allowed me to open windows and enjoy the beautiful breeze, rather than running the AC. There were a few MINOR concerns with the room: the desk light did not work, the TV did not offer all the channels on guide-possibly just needs a re-scan, and there were a few coffee looking stains on the comforter on the second bed in the room which was OK as I did not need 2 beds. The only other thing that would have been nice is a chair-rather than desk chair with a lamp to allow for reading or viewing the TV without laying on the bed. Overall it was a great experience, clean, comfortable hotel with a great location. Will definitely stay again.

disgusting. stains on the sheets and pillows, mold in the bathroom, handprints in the headboard, food left under the bed/nightstand. we decided we could not stay there. still fighting for a refund. they refuse to answer any emails and any time i get a change to actually talk to anyone they completely dismiss me.

Convenient location. Building has some damage on it outside which didnt give a warm fuzzy pulling up. Everything is effectively the minimum at this property. It's fine, its clean enough, but it's basic. The breakfast, the towels, the one box of kleenex that was kind of hidden, etc.

Not recommended at all; we had a leak all night from the floor above—it flooded, and they did nothing. The staff is not friendly; I do not recommend this hotel at all.

No water was provided, we had to buy from the vending machine. Shower was dirty.

Nice and clean

Good things ... there is a decent variety of food options for breakfast. There is an outdoor table where you can picnic or grill food. This is an okay stay if you pay less than $80 a night. I felt like it was overpriced for me at $110 a night for double beds. The curtains block light well and you can adjust your room's air conditioner unit.

We arrived to find a blocked toilet/drain in our room. Brought it to their attention and were told that the maintenance person would look at it the next day. After nothing was done the next day, we checked out early. So disappointing!

The bathroom should have been much cleaner as it lacked detailed cleaning. The cleaning crew needs better training in the details such as cleaning grout. We were excited to see our shower was a walk-in, but when my husband took a shower the water flowed across the floor as there was no threshold to hold the water inside the stall. We had to use all of our towels to try to soak up the water. The floor was obviously slippery and we were afraid that one of us might fall.

Was easy to check in. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable.
