La Quinta Inn & Ste by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells- Lake Delton

Breakfast was cold, so somewhat gross. Would not stay again. Staff was not very friendly.

Our room was clean when we got there.. set up was really nice. No small sink in the room beside the bathroom. No WiFi for a $600+ hotel. Desk staff was rude and did not relay the message of their AC working ONLY on Auto mode (at least that’s what the lady told me) - I hope I won’t be charged for “breaking” that .. especially when that’s the first interaction with the room (besides doors).

The property was spotless with the exception of dog poop in the lobby. A/C in the room sounded like a military helicopter landing and the pillows were absolutely awful. Hated not to give this stay the 5 star it could have gotten if it wasn't for the a/c and the pillows.

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel, I runout the shampoo on the first day because the shampoo bottle was almost empty when i first got in the room .so I asked front desk for some more and asked for toilet paper and tissue box ,no house keeping until I asked on the 3rd day .and all they did was they took the trash and put some small bottles of shampoo. The furniture in the room full of dust .the blanket was ripped off and stained .brakefast at 8:30 AM everything was almost empty .the location of the hotel is good .i like the pool .

Trouble free excellent staff I had to leave

We had a very pleasant stay, it for sure met our expectations! We especially appreciate La Quinta hotel for being pet friendly! We can imagine how difficult it can be & how many inconveniences it may bring , and we thank the staff for doing so much for us to able to have this amenity available!

There was no shampoo in the dispenser. Cleaning Staff outside of room said they had none, but i could go down and ask from desk. Wife was showering already, so we skipped. At breakfast, the "hot" water for oatmeal was room temp, so i didnt eat it. Eggs were mediocre, coffee was weak. Beautiful hotel, with friendly enough staff, but basic amenities were lacking.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was easy to get in and out and wasn’t far from most sites. The room was next to an exit and there was constant noise from the outside door when people went in and out. They need to soundproof the room to not pick up that noise.

Beds were way too firm . Painfully hard. Worst two days of sleep any of us ever had . All ages and all sizes ., adults . Complimentary breakfast was not as good as other hotels we have been to and young kids were not being monitored touching everything. Powdered eggs, microwave sausage links, typical toast station, three waffle makers , apples n oranges and yogurt. One of the days had more like muffins too. Breakfast is not that important to me but good sleep is!

Hotel lobby is nice, they had coffee, tea and cold water always available. Rooms were big. Breakfast was ok.
