My husband and I needed a getaway for 3 days from our jobs. Wilmington was on our bucket list. We arrived at the Arrive Hotel on Friday afternoon and check in was a little hard to find though I wish there was a clearer sign on where to go since I was completely lost. But upon check in I was greeted from the young lady at check in super sweet and accommodating on where to park. There is a parking lot available for guest staying at the hotel across the way. Have to pay but it was well worth it. Everything is easily accessible in walking distance in the heart of downtown. The room itself was amazing. Only complaint I had though is during the night we got a bad smell of sulfate from the ac unit it was pretty strong. But didn't complain since it had to be from the rain that occured but we were so worn out from all the activities we just slept thru it. I also wish there was a microwave in the room though. The hotel has housekeeping but must request it. We did and they were quick to deliver. Definitely a must stay for anyone looking for a hotel. My husband and I will be back to stay here. Perk was Carolina Beach wasn't a far drive either.

Great location in a very cool part of town. The room was newly decorated beautifully and comfortable for its size Good facilities on site and heaps of walkable options. Air con works well Only warning many rooms are up lots of stairs and there is no elevator or help if you have heavy bags which is why we chose the ground floor for a one night stay before a flight out.

Boutique Hotel was fantastic. Great location and staff and facilities were outstanding. Only thing that was missing was having coffee in the room, not acceptable for a high end Boutique hotel.

Loved the hotel and our stay. The cabana bar was an excellent way to unwind after our travel day. Super helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

This was the second time staying at Arrive. We enjoyed our stay. They have nice sitting areas around the nicely landscaped property. We played cornhole and sat in the Andirondack chairs and played cards. They have a cute little bar, and the drinks were very good. It is conveniently located and within walking distance to many fun spots throughout Wilmington. We had breakfast in their restaurant. It was quite good.

Arrive is a wonderful, unique, and convenient hotel. We look forward to returning!

Excellent location Was very disappointed that they just did not have a coffee pot. That’s when the most basic things to put in a overnight stay. The room was nice, but it would have been nice to have had more comfortable seating in the TV area. It was like sitting on a cement block.

Reception staff were pretty grumpy both on my arrival and exit. The car parking situation is really annoying. Not only do you have to pay $25 a day for parking, it's across the street, it's not clear from the instructions before you arrive where to park so I had some confusion working out where to go before I checked in, which meant I got a parking fine. The rooms are surface-level stylish. The quality of the decor/painting/furniture is pretty shabby. There's no coffee machine, no ice, a sizeable fridge that's stacked with things to pay for.

Location was excellent, close to all the main sights, restaurants and activities. Loved the outside spaces: the garden bar, the seating dotted around the garden and the rocker seats on the porches outside each room. Also, I ate an evening meal in the restaurant and that was delicious. Bar and restaurant staff were very nice. Reception staff were pretty grumpy both on my arrival and exit.
