Nice room, comfortable beds. Pool area was good. Pur stay was just one overnight, going forward fo Grand Canyon. Quiet place. I didn’ liked breakfast in all US hotels, which we have stayed, but here it was no so bad. At least here You can have oats, scrumble and burger cotelete. Is ok

The pool area only had working lights only near the hot tub even though there were alot of lights surrounding the pool. I informed the front desk and the problem was never fixed. I think all she had to do was turn them on. The lobby/breakfast area was extremely hot, and the towels in the bathroom were dirty.

Staff were not accommodating for holding luggage after check out.

Beds were uncomfortable, hot tub definitely needs to be cleaned. Housekeeping starts knocking on your door at 8am in the morning to see if I’ve checked out. Even tho checkout is scheduled for 11.
