La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Williams-Grand Canyon Area

Location was great, easy access to anywhere u want to go Bathroom sink backs up, carpet is dirty. Very strong for throughout the hotel of stale smoke.

The rooms are clean Breakfast needs more variety Pool is a bit dirty

WE have stayed in other La Quinta Properties ang this was one of the best.

Nice, quiet location on historic Route 66. The hotel is basic but clean, and the room is well-equipped. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The on-site laundry room was a great bonus. The breakfast served in the lobby was simple but satisfying. The elevator and sauna heater were out of order during our stay. However, the hotel kindly informed us about this before our arrival.

Facility is nice, but disappointed with laundry. One washing machine didnt work ar all with no sign saying out of order and had to pay fir 2 cycles of drying; the dryer wasn't working very well at all. Spent $30 to wash 4 loads of laundry!

Rooms were not properly stocked, rooms not vacuumed, sink was clogged, animal hairs all over carpet and carpet was not vacuumed for days

This was our third time staying at the La Quinta Inn this year. The other visits were excellent, however, this stay was very different. First when we arrived we were told that the elevator was not working. When I went to look at the room, I discovered they had not given us a balcony room so I had to walk down to the office and finally was given a room on the first floor. Next, we were informed that the spa heater was not working. I wish we had been informed of these problems at the motel before we checked in and pre-paid for the visit.

Key didnt work fir room entrance staff didnt speak english well ununderstandable, elevator out of service, we were on third floor previously a smoking floor, it stunk, husband has had knee replacements had difficulty with going up and diwn 3 flights of stairs continually. Will not stay there again Everything miserable stay

When we came the elevator didn't work and they put us on the third floor. They said they would fix it the day after but it still wasn't fixed the next day. The spa was broken (we called and specifically asked about it and they didn't mention that). There were various marks on the top blanket it looked like it hadn't been washed and we also found a small bug in the room

The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. If you are visiting the South Rim, this is a good place to stay. The breakfast and other facilities were nice. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and even assisted us with the laundry. We really appreciated her service. The best part was the large room size and the convenient parking. None

A good place to get a nights rest, not much else.

Room was clean but a very large cricket crawled across the bathroom floor during our stay.

Elevator was not working but was not that big of a deal.

The 24 hour available coffee machine dispensed water for a few seconds then coffee then water again. I wasn’t sure if this was normal until breakfast time, there was another machine inside that dispensed normally but the coffee was terrible. To top it all off, the breakfast was exactly the same everyday. No effort for any variety. At least the room was clean and staff was friendly.
