Motel 6 Williams, AZ - West - Grand Canyon

I just had to stay there one night so it wasn’t a huge deal but the reason I did book there was pool and hot tub … and they were not operational i dont know how long but it would of nice to know ahead of time ….

Room was clean and simple. No frills.

Over all amazing place to stay. My dogs loved it as well

The staff was friendly and the hotel was convenient for travel (and close to a great diner). The beds were terribly noisy and the floor in the bathroom was sinking (which is probably why the shower was squeaky and felt super sketchy to step into).

Room and facilities were clean and well maintained. Sheets and bathroom were spotless and clean. Staff was very helpful and always available. Air conditioning provided and worked immaculately. Parking was easily accessible and lots available. Within great walking distance of gas station, Dollar General and a great bbq place down the street. Love that it’s pet friendly, no noise complaints.

The pool was closed, I had to ask for more toilet paper, only a quarter of a roll was in the room.

It was a nice hotel. The only bad thing our room smelled like mold. I loved how there is a doggy area outside. That was definitely a bonus.

Check-in doesn't start till 4pm. On my departure day at 9:30 am housekeeping knocked on the door and only said Sorry. A little before 10am I went down to get ice, when I returned my room key won't work. Had go down and have it reprogrammed. Obviously someone assumed that I had checked out but didn't bother checking first.

Its clean and good place to stay

Nothing That we had to leave at midnight due to a customer set off a fire extinguisher and my kids have asthma and had to be located due to the incident call me at 505-610-2248 and the other location room was horrible more like a nightmare

The air conditioning worked good. My room had a connecting room so I had someone trying to come into my room. Also, someone trying to come in from the front door also. The person who checked us in was very friendly.

Says pool and laundry room , no laundry room and pool was under maintenance

Noisy facility. Bathroom was dirty and no complimentary shampoo or conditioner. Room was to be queen bed and was just a full bed.

Rooms were clean Hallway smelled like pet urine

It was ok, ok for the price.

My room was spotless, as was the lobby The AC was fine. The shower had great water pressure. The bed was okay, nothing spectacular. The ice machine worked well and was convenient. Nice location if you want to stroll into the downtown, boutique zone Safeway supermarket nextdoor Cons: Like at all Motel 6 accommodations, the soap was not nice and there is no shampoo. (Easy enough to bring your own.) No room fridge or microwave The pool was closed, which is apparently standard at that property. I wouldn’t expect otherwise. I particularly want to commend the property manager for actually having the room floors mopped. The removal of old, nasty carpets led to flooding that is easier to clean but rarely is. Our room floor was actually clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We had to get 3 different sets of sheets brought to us because every set was covered in hair.

Staff was rude, check in was delayed, and there was mold all over

It was false advertisement there was no microwave no refrigerator the room was old and dirty the bed was very uncomfortable
