In all major cities I have been able to find a lot better room with this much amount

good value for money room smells like cigarette smoke, and the sheets had stains on them.

The location was great for the convention, expectually for the price. It gives all you need in a hotel that you're just using to sleep and get ready in. Room was clean. No bugs, no stains, generally clean. Room survive came every day to replace towels. Very nice sink space with good lighting for doing makeup. Free parking and never had issue with getting a space. Safe area. Had a mini fridge. Make sure to book a none booking room for it to be clean. Many reviews says the room smells but the non smoking didn't have that issue at all. There was no microwave in the room which was a little annoying but there is one in the lobby. The water pressure was a little lacking. Didn't have an ironing board and iron. With it being next to the highway, it was a bit noisy during the day but not bad at night. You can definitely hear the train but it didn't wake me, just to note if you're a very light sleeper. Lastly the pillows don't really hold up but the mattress is good.

Parking is free and outside the room. Overall, good value rate for DC. Microwave usually missing from room, bathroom not the cleanest, and it feels a little run down.

On night two there were no big towels. I had to go to the front desk ans they gave me one big towel and one small towel for two people who needed to shower, and said that's all they had left. How does a hotel RUN OUT of towels? Also, I booked a non-smoking room and when we walked in our room it reeked of cigarettes.

This hotel is a great option for budget-friendly stays. The room was comfortable and decorated nicely. I really appreciated the free parking and friendly staff. It is very close to everything if you drive or take public transportation. Union Market District is within walking distance and lovely for the food market.

It was hot, and I don't think there was any way to change temperature in the room. It felt like there was no air condidtioning at all.
