They resolved a booking problem acceptably My reservation did not get booked and the gave our room away - or never booked them. They downgraded us but the room was still acceptable

Family suite was furnished will all the required facilities including kitchen. Rooms was spacious. Breakfast was good . Parking is very expensive paid $196 for three days .

Unfortunately the housekeeper on Tuesday had an attitude, like didn’t want to be bothered

Looking From outside one would have think this hotel is great. I have one of the worst experience, the first encounter was flies in the lobby that the staff couldn’t control. The next problem was, I was told cleaners cleaned the rooms every other day to my surprise day too of my stay, my room was never touched, I reported the matter more than once to the front desk and it was not addressed. My husband had to go to the front desk to get cleaned towels to used, no one apologized for what we were experiencing, act as if this situation was normal. not acceptable, would not recommend to anyone.

Great stay at this location. The staff was very professional and met our needs. Will definitely stay again the next time I visit DC. Highly recommend!

Everything was good same as advertised. Free breakfast everyday, in door pool, kitchen in the room, free shuttle bus and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Great location also

The kitchen was very convenient and my room was immaculate.

How central it was to everything really. The front desk manager, she had an ugly attitude and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Flies everywhere. In the room, hallways and lobby. They do offer free breakfast but the flies make it not enjoyable. Best part of my stay was the free shuttle. Not a bad location and overall look of the hotel but I can’t do flies

The room was clean and nice. The free laundry service was great. The breakfast was delicious. nothing

The beds were a bit hard for me, I did sleep okay though, so not enough to take a star. Overall a great stay, breakfast was very good and well maintained. Location was excellent for our DC museum days, plenty of discount parking in walking distance, just take a minute and check out the garage signs, some close overnight.

The place was so pretty nice and clean. The only two issues I had was the gnats flying around in the room and the pool water was cloudy. It was a lot of kids in the building while I was there. They were playing soccer in the hallway. Other than that, for what I needed, it was great for me. I would stay here again.
