The room was very quiet, big bathroom. The breakfast buffet selection was simple amazing - if you eat your breakfast late, you probably won't need your lunch anymore. There is a tram / bus stop just next to the hotel, very convenient. They they charge 22 PLN for a small bottle of water waiting for you in your room - I would appreciate if this was a free bottle of water. The same bottle you can buy in nearby Zabka for 2,70 PLN.

Breakfast Close to a nice park General Manager ( Aleksandra ) attitude towards our claim was wrong, unable to control or solve and unpleaseant situation. Bath's door was not OK Old furniture in the room, used one and very old TV

I really loved the interior design of the rooms and the beautiful color choices. The room was spacious, peaceful, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the genuinely helpful staff, who always made an effort to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The main drawback was the air conditioning. A very cold airflow was constantly coming from the hotel’s central air-conditioning system, which could not be individually adjusted in the room. As a result, the room became quite cold and uncomfortable for us. We had to call the reception twice and ask them to make the room warmer. Unfortunately, after the calls, the temperature either changed only slightly or did not seem to change at all. Eventually, we even had to use a hairdryer to warm up the room because it had become so cold. This was particularly inconvenient because it was not even a hot summer day at the time, so such strong air conditioning was unnecessary. It would be much more comfortable if guests could control the temperature in their own rooms.

Staff were nice and the bathroom had a decent size. For the price is expect at least a smart tv and honestly when I see 5star I think big ive been in 3 star hotels more equipped don't get me wrong the activities are great just not my cup of tea

Loved breakfast! And the staff was so wonderful! At dinner, I was reading, and they brought a lamp so I could see better. Everyone was so friendly, the workout room was excellent, and the lobby had a wonderful smell. The pillows were rather uncomfortable. Something firmer would have been nice. It would have been nice to have conditioner by the bathtub, not just the shower. Also, having small snacks for purchase would have been lovely.

The breakfast was pretty good had a nice variety of options. It had a big selection of different kinds of foods. We had issues with the parking but reception was helpful in solving it. The shower had low water pressure. The rooms were very old and in need of renovation. It was very loud at night and sleeping was very hard because the hotel is next to tram tracks and you could hear them all night. Only two of the workers in the reception were actually hospitable. If you are travelling with an animal they ask for a deposit of 120 euros and it took them a long time to return. With the rooms condition the deposit is a bit silly.
