I liked the location, it was very quiet, close to the park. Friendly employees. Very affordable. Beds were not that comfortable and there was no air conditioning.

The breakfast was rich, the room was big enough. The staff was supportive. We had to pay for the private parking separately. Travellers with much luggage may miss the lift.

let's put it this way: if your morning run is a vital task then the nearness of Łazienki Park is a benediction and then you can stop reading now. Note of merit: the boys and girls at the reception are very kind and neat and they really try to help you if they can. first of all when you book it doesn't appear anywhere that that is an (ex) military hotel (as far as I understood is near a lot of polish army bases) so you could at least be prepared for the spartan atmosphere. However, I'm not the one that complains about everything (for me if there's a bed and a shower I'll adapt) but the problems with the hotel are multiple: 1. there is no elevator so keep it in mind if you want to book there 2. the room assigned to me seemed to be arranged the day before I arrived with some random old furniture taken randomly 3. the moquette is old and placed in a very sloppy way 4. the toilet bowl is not steady fixed on the floor so you may tip over 5. last but not least: the water from the faucet come out brown two days before I arrived so I had to book a different hotel and ask for a refund for the remaining nights 6. the breakfast was included but it's not the kind of breakfast you could expect: you can find several accommodations with a lavish breakfast at the same price. 7. the curtains are so stuck that the first day I arrived I tried to open them and they came off. I asked a guy at reception to fix them but after two days I had to put a chair on the desk and fix them by myself. 8. the windows and the wall are not acoustically isolated so you hear all surrounding noises.

Very good location, especially for those coming by car (good entrance and exit to the city centre). Quiet and nice neighbourhood. Hotel aged but suitable for a short business stay. My room was very small. Definitely the beds should have been more comfortable. No kettle or coffee/tea set. The window was not airtight and you could feel the cold air.

The hotel looks clean, clean sheets, comfortable bed and pillows, quiet, breakfast modest but tasty, the location is fine, quiet and peaceful area, near huge park. The gentleman working in a reception was friendly and helpful. I liked the thoughtful extras provided in the room, such as a vanity box, a sponge for boots, a bag for dirty laundry, and complimentary bottles of water. Small bridge in the room. Private parking was available and reasonably priced, which was convenient. We stayed for 1 night only on New Years Eve, so it was a costly option. We’d stay here again, but it wouldn’t be our first or second choice due to the cost. While clean, comfortable, and quiet, it feels a bit overpriced compared to other options. The hotel itself is quite old and could benefit from a renovation to modernize its appearance. The WiFi code is only available at the reception, so you need to remember to pick it up.We couldn’t find an elevator, which might be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. The reception woman wasn’t very friendly, which was a bit off-putting compared to the warm reception from the gentleman. The TV offered limited channels, which might not appeal to everyone.

Fantastic staff, good location, great food, quiet with homely feel. This is a place for people who value straightforward places without the fancy fluff. Having several, difficult to manage food restrictions staff prepared breakfast that met them all without any additional cost. They went out of their way each day coming up with new ideas on what to serve and confirming each with us. 11/10 for dedication. Food was Polish staples, all done with fresh ingredients. Some amenities are reaching end of life stage. It is reflected in a very reasonable price but for some it would be not enough.

Location Everything, from the hotel building itself to the rooms and furniture, is old and in need of renovation. The room was very cold, and although there was a radiator, it didn’t provide enough heat. On top of that, the radiator made a running water sound nonstop, which kept me from sleeping. There is not even a kettle in the room. I felt extreme uncomfortable and uneasy spending the night here. So, I don’t understand these overpriced rates (70 eur per night in such an awful hotel is insane). As for breakfast, the food was of poor quality, from sausages to coffee. And btw, the amount of mayonnaise on the boiled eggs was absolutely criminal.
