Reviews

The location only. Extremely small rooms, no water neither toiletries supplied. Breakfast was not good either. Small selection of breakfast food.

The location is fine, the room is clean. They let you store luggage for free. The room is super small. I am glad I traveled alone because I can't imagine fitting two people in that room. Very uncomfortable with how small the room is and how the furniture fit together. The bathroom is super small with less desired water pressure.

No soup Everything bad

The location is not bad, but it isn't great either. Thanks to the very well-organized public transport, it was easy to get to the desired locations from the hotel. It's honestly unbelievable to me that nowadays one has to check whether an accommodation has proper ventilation and air conditioning. Sleeping and staying in the room was barely tolerable due to the high temperatures. The room was very small and did not even include enough towels, soap, and other "basic" amenities. I am deeply disappointed.

Good location, clean, new furniture. extremely small, but manageable. the most disappointment - absence of air conditioner in the room. it was a sauna in july. It doesn't worth its money!!!

The room was very clean and located in the city center.

The staff was polite. They also had parking. Expensive parking. No air conditioning, and the window cannot be opened unless I spend time convincing the staff that I need it open. When it's 40°C, this should be addressed without me having to explain that it's unbearably hot in the room without air conditioning. I was told I could come down and pick up a fan, or get a key to open the window — however, I did not find this convenient. It was late, my coworkers and I were tired, and we only found out about all of this once we were already in our rooms. Plus there's no phone in the room, so we would have to dress and go downstairs just to get a ventilator and a key for the window.. The same goes for breakfast. The charge is around €10, yet your choice is between cornflakes with milk or a boiled egg with cheap sausage. If you would like something alongside your coffee, a bun with jam is the only option. Cookies are really not that expensive, but who cares. Overall, I think the owners should be more considerate of their guests. If your business is directly tied to customer experience, then I can honestly say ours was a very poor one.

Window can be opened only slightly, thus not possible to cool down the room at the evening and there is no air conditioning. Street is quite busy, so not an option to sleep with opened window.

It would be nice to put a kettle in the room and not charge extra money for this simple service as well as extra charging for the soap and slippers? WOW, there was no AC in the room, how that could be possible for that upscale price. By the way, breakfast was pretty poor, boiled eggs and oat porridge.

Nothing No face towel just 1 big towel. There is only 2 very thin pillows in a queen bed.The bathroom is really small & when you open it almost bumps the bed. No telephone in the room. Also very expensive for that kind of room. Lighting is dark also.No way I will book there on the future. The Premier Classe in Hamburg, is much better.

The only thing was the bathroom door didn't close properly, it was a problem with the closing lock.

Cool chill ? ? wow
-
A constant humming noise the whole time (at night as well) from the courtyard. It is not very noticeable when the window is closed, but is still present and can be heard.
-
Only location No nice breakfast, very small room and bathroom, Not even once they serve with complimentary water , no intercom in room to connect with reception , If you want to stay you have to buy water even from outside
