It was very clean, and the staff were always quick to help

Great place. Good prices and amazing location.

Finally improved. Been going to this location for 20 some years average 4 to 6 nights per year and was becoming a dump. Remodel was nice. Let’s see if they can keep it looking nice! Soap dispensers in bathroom a pain to use.

Bed clothing and leaking shower

WC2026 final match: even though during the football party, the staff only gave us bar-chair space to sit. The room was very hot. Even when I dropped the temperature to 10 Celsius, it still stayed above 24. The location is far from the center, about 15 minutes away.

Convenient location, love the breakfast, bed was nice, liked the water dispenser on the floor. Walls mighty thin and it never hurts to have a room safe (didn’t have one).
-
The only downside is the very loud surroundings - an open metro stop is just below the hotel and a big roundabout with numerous trams busses and cars make rooms incredibly loud even during the night, even through the closed window, so not ideal for someone with a light sleep
-
Location Only one towel in the bathroom, bad water pressure in the shower, small single beds, breakfast included in the price would it have been nice
-
Location Lack of amenities. Closet sized room. Even poorly made breakfast. No mini fridge in room. No air con until next day

The hotel charges 90 zl (20€) for ONE!!! night of parking. Yup, you read it right - 90 zl or 20€ for just 1 night. If you’re staying longer, you have to multiply this amount by the number of nights you’re staying. Greed truly knows no boundaries. Luckily, I do and won’t be staying another time here again.

Good location, friendly service all around, quiet rooms (although my friend who sleeps without earplugs mentioned hearing loud sounds from the street - trams, traffic, sirens, etc). The cleaners emptied bins daily and brought more tp without us having to ask for more, which was very convenient :D The shower could use some upkeep (leaking showerhead and scuffed paint), but it wasn't a big deal, and the bathroom was still nice and clean. We had some issues with wifi and the tv in the room being slow, but that also wasn't a big deal. Overall a nice stay

Staff and management are not at all flexible and accommodating towards guests.

When I arrived for a two-night stay, I received a room without a bath tub, despite the description of the room saying that it would be with. I specifically paid more for having a bath tub. At the reception I was told that I would be able to switch rooms for the second night, which I did appreciate. The rooms were very clean, great beds, a spacious reception with cafe in the back, and great breakfast. Will visit again during my next stay in Warsaw. The situation with the room without a bath tub was unfortunate but luckily it was resolved for the second night during my stay.

The bathroom had an unpleasant odor. The hotel staff charged me for my room twice. They eventually fixed their mistake but it was a headache and overall not good experience.

great place to stay!

The reception staff was very helpful and quick.

Parówki, jajecznica, biały chleb, krojony ser i szynka do zrobienia kanapek, no i jakieś tam płatki.

No value for the money paid

Small but cozy and functional room. Everything is new. Very comfortable bed and bathroom ?

The male receptionist who assisted us upon arrival was very accommodating, professional and genuinely helpful. We arrived around 10:30am and asked if we could leave our luggage at reception while we explored the area before check-in. He kindly assisted us and even checked if an early check-in room might become available. I appreciated that he gave us an honest and realistic update instead of simply refusing our request. The breakfast was okay and the room itself was decent. I also appreciated the water dispenser available outside the rooms, which was convenient during our stay. Unfortunately, the experience with the other front desk staff, particularly the two female receptionists, felt cold and lacking in hospitality. When we returned around 12 PM and politely asked if there was already a room available, the receptionist repeatedly stated that check-in was at 2oclock without showing much willingness to assist or properly check. My husband and I stayed in the lobby for 2 hours or so? clearly visible from the reception area, but no one updated us or approached us regarding room availability eventho we saw some people checked out. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell and there was no fridge in the room. Another disappointing detail was that the room only had two rolls of toilet paper ~ one of them was already partially used. The bed also came with only two pillows and both were very flat and uncomfortable. As first-time travelers in Poland, this was unfortunately our second disappointing hotel experience in terms of hospitality. (The other hotel was Regent)
