Fantastic location! And a grand hotel in the old style. The foyer is awesome!! And the service was exceptional!! Service in the traditional style and extremely helpful. Best service I’ve come across in 40 years of frequent travel! Highly recommended! We’ll definitely stay again! Everything was fantastic!! No negatives.

This is a lovely Edwardian hotel, 5 minutes from Warsaw Central station, which has had a comprehensive makeover. The breakfast is extraordinary - not only all the things you imagine but some you didn't imagine, like comb honey. The only downside is that you don't get to choose your table - you're corralled into a tight space where you have to put up with ancient Americans talking about their home town, and if for a moment you look through the window your cup or plate is whisked away from under your nose. Staff could be a bit more relaxed! But luxury at a very good price!

We had a wonderful stay at Polonia Palace Hotel in Warsaw. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, making it a pleasure to relax after a day of exploring. The location is excellent, with many attractions and transport options nearby. A beautiful hotel with great service and an ideal location — highly recommended! Nothing

The hotel is in an amazing building from the 1910’s and has preserved well the feeling of the time it was built. Our room was spacious and modern, sadly without a city view, but still it was comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything was great, nothing bad to say.

The younger woman working in the sauna was extremely attentive. While using the free Wi-Fi I was hacked which caused my bank to block my debit card. Very unpleasant.

The location was great close to everything in the center of the city. The noise all day specially police vehicles and ambulances was really annoying.
