City center, everything is close. Clean room, nice breakfast There was nothing I did not like
-
The noise from the street, I couldn't sleep.

Everything was great! I was able to check in early, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect, right in the city center, and the room was clean. Thank you!

No blackout curtains, so you wake up at sunrise :)

Right near central train station. Great breakfast! Clean! If you are in a lower level room you will hear the street noise (they give you earplugs). There was no hot water.

* Great, central location. * Clean and decent room setup. * No Luggage Assistance: Upon check-in, we asked for help with our bags and were bluntly told that they "don't offer that service." * Blocked View: We specifically requested a high-floor room to enjoy the view. They placed us on the 9th floor, but the view was completely blocked by a massive advertising banner hanging on the outside of the building. * Lack of Basic Amenities: The room lacked standard amenities—no slippers and no complimentary bottled water by the coffee station. In fact, the mini-fridge was completely empty. When we called reception to ask for water, we were told we had to walk downstairs to the bar and buy it ourselves. * Maintenance & Noise: The bathroom door was broken and could not be locked. Furthermore, the soundproofing is incredibly poor. While they do provide earplugs, a strange, intermittent beeping sound kept going off throughout the night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

Very comfy and nice location

Room was great, it was clean. Had a nice view, was facing the busy street. They put ear plugs at the night cabinets which was nice.

Location No refrigerator, The shower head always turning, making showering difficult, the water in the sink purly draining. I like to turn the lights off when I am in bed, not by the entrance with the card and walk to the bed in the darkness !!! The breakfast was O.K. but expensive for the selection. I had better experiences on Costa del Sol, Spain or in Prague for less money.

Very good breakfast

What I liked most is that the hotel is close to the city’s main tourist attractions and the city center, while also being conveniently located near all major public transportation stations. For several days, I experienced unusual and unsettling occurrences in the room that made me feel uncomfortable throughout my stay.

Classy place Traffic noise can be a problem
-
Amazing hotel and location.
-
Clean-about 1.5 miles from city center but easy walking-3-4 blocks from train station- Only complaint if required to have one was traffic noise
-
The room was not clean, I had hair stains on the bed and in the shower
-
no water in the hallway

The room was clear and nice; However, the curtains could not be closed properly and the room had strong light from 4:30AM. Furthermore, there was no air conditioning and as the room was on the road it was impossible to open the window (due to noise). I asked to change room and I got a better room with air conditioning, yet the problem of the strong light remained. The front desk team were really kind and helpful. Light in the room and air-conditioning

Truly central location. Had a fabulous time walking around the city (never had to take metro or bus) still getting to see much of Warsaw's attractions. Good comfortable rooms, clean facilities and friendly staff. I also must mention the drinking water facility next to the lifts - what a blessing. I enjoyed the sparkling water. The location can be noisy but the room had a soundproof door that locks out everything. Got good nights sleep on all 3 nights. Nothing.
