Clean, comfortable, close to the train station Unprofessional stuff. I was waiting for more than a week to get my invoice that I needed urgently. They didn't reply to my messages nor emails. I had to go in person to get. They didn't even apologize for it.

The staff were absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. Since my mom uses insulin, we needed to keep it in the fridge, and they helped us with it every time. The location of the property is right next to the main train station, so it’s very easy to get to the city center, the airport, or other cities. I just wish there had been a wardrobe in the room and that the towels had been changed on the second day, but everything was still great.
