Great location, clean and comfortable room, helpful staffs. Allow us early check in with very reasonable extra fee was a life saver at 7am? Nothing at all

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Helped with any questions as well and great recommendations for out on the town Bit smaller room than expected, but still very liveable. Most of the time was not being spent in the hotel room anyways as I was out and about seeing the sights. No tub in the room I stayed in, showers where very large however and excellent water pressure and consistent heat.

Extremely rude receptionist- that’s really a pity. All in all there a plenty of other options in the area. Would have expected more service oriented personnel for what we paid.

Location. Cleanliness was questionable.

The hotel is close to the train station. It is in walking distance. The U1 metro to Stephen plaza is also in walking distance.This is a big plus at staying at this hotel.

The breakfast was good, with many varieties of food to choose from. The room was a little too small and the roof was too low at some parts of the room.

Location was excellent, since is not in the center with the crowds but every transport system is very close to the hotel, so you can move easily to every location Rooms should be updated, the cleaning service did not changed our towels once and clearly did not clean the floor. There was a day were everything was cleaned perfectly, but we were there 8 nights

We asked for extra tea, and the receptio told us there is no one with access to tea due to Christmass... pretty rediculous i think, its only tea :/

Location 5 mins walk from train station. Loads of food selections in the station. Spacious room with a desk. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Clean and smells nice. Fast internet.

We enjoyed the room, it was very spacious and comfortable, also the Pergola Restaurant cafe and bar it is a very comfortable place to sit and enjoy drinks after long walks through Viena. The only downside at this wonderful hotel was that the toilet, and the shower were in separate rooms, and that there was no sink in the toilet.

I had a 1-bedroom room with a separate living room and it was great, super spacious, very clean, cozy and comfortable! Coffee maker, tea kettle and fridge were all there, bright and good internet. Vegan breakfast buffet was pretty good, there was no plant yogurt at first but the staff went out and got it for me! Really appreciate that, thank you! There was no vegan yogurt available at the breakfast buffet at first but kitchen staff provided it upon request which was very nice and really appreciated! Otherwise good and clearly marked vegan breakfast selections.

The hotel is very near the Venna Central station, aroung 400m. You will see a big sign once you go out from the Main entrance of the station. The roon is big and clean. The have coffee machine, kettle and fridge in the room. We'll surely be back again! Nothing

Location and breakfast quality Service doesn't match the price, kitchen staff rudely told us to leave the kitchen when they were closed
