The reception and restaurant staff were amazing... super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was plentiful, and you can't beat the location! It's right next to the main train station, making it just a 15-minute trip to the airport and 50 minutes to Bratislava. Plus, there are some great restaurants and a mini-market nearby.

Location and summer rate was reasonable but only to find out, the price has a catch. First, no air conditioner which is so important in the summer. There is a thermostat but it never got cold at all. We had to keep the windows open which helped a bit but with the current summer heat, it was not comfortable at all. At night, we had to close the curtains to somewhat lessen the noise from outside. However, breeze hardly came in to cool off the room. Second, no fridge. Imagine buying a cold bottled water only for it to be in lukewarm temperature by the time we drink it. Third, the shampoo, the shower gel and handsoap all have the same smell and it wasn't a good one.

Very well run hotel, clean organized, great facilities. Poke bowl at the restaurant was good but a little dry. Needs poke sauce or spicy mayo. - Beef soup and kids pasta was really good though.

The main attraction of the this hotel is the very close proximity to the train station. Room was clean, overall cleanliness was super, breakfast spread was decent.

Our two singles room at this hotel was large clean and modern, and the facilities and restaurants were all lovely. We needed to stay close to the train station as we were moving around a lot, and this hotel was exactly what we needed. We were able to roll our luggage straight out from the train station across the street and into the hotel, perfect.

Super clean, location and room was great. No iron available only in the ironing room. No mini fridge. Breakfast limited for the price.

Everything was wonderful. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out before our train, allowing us to explore the city a bit more. If I ever come back to Vienna, I would definitely stay here again, it's near to Wien Hauptbahnhof and this was a huge advantage for me. Also, having a gym and spa is an added bonus.

We choose Novotel whenever we can (London, Budapest, Szeged...), but this is the first time that we stayed in this one in Vienna. So far the best ever regarding everything,. Comfortable rooms and beds, very clean but most of all the first Novotel that actually listens to the Clients requests and it is not just "if available upon arrival". For me the bet thing was client service, friendly staff and I am sure the management who listens to the Clients wishes. We even had the option to check in early. Since we had to leave early, we did not get the chance to try the breakfast, but I am sure that it would not disappoint.
