Location near tram I don’t feel I stayed in a hotel!! I stayed here with my family, and honestly I was disappointed. * The hotel is too expensive for what it offers. * We arrived by car, but it was very difficult to find the hotel entrance. There are no clear signs, and we kept driving around looking for it while cars behind us were honking. * The entrance only says Bar & Restaurant, so we were not sure if we were in the right place. * The reception is very small, and there was only one employee when we arrived. * Parking costs €28 per day, which is expensive. * Nobody helped us with our luggage. We had to carry everything ourselves. * The room was much smaller than we expected. * The air conditioning was weak, and the room never felt cool enough. * The hallways are also very narrow. * Breakfast costs €24 per person, so we decided not to take it. The hotel is clean, but for this price I expected a much better experience. There are better hotels in Vienna with better value for money. I would not stay here again.

Room, view, the bed was very comfortable… staff were helpful… breakfast was varied and delicious. Maybe the entrance area could be rethought as it got very crowded and was a bit cramped. It would have been nice if the roof was open earlier as well.

The lady who checked me in was so polite and kind my bad that I forgot her name but really she’s so professional and hospitable

Great location, toiletries, breakfast and bars. Room was a nice design and would normally be very comfortable (we were there in an unusually hot heatwave) In other times there would be nothing we’d dislike. On this occasion the room was uncomfortably hot - we lost sleep. We did raise with staff who did try another room but the air conditioning system in rooms was insufficient for 38 degree temperatures. Not the staffs fault and they did what they could (gave us extra water and were sympathetic). If there are high temps again we wouldn’t stay but would love to stay any other time!

The hotel is close to the main train station making it easy to catch public transport. The room was clean and quiet. There was a pretty good breakfast in the mornings. The gym was clean and well-equipped with treadmills, bikes, free weights and weight machines. The furniture and carpet in the room were a little old and worn. The breakfast was good, but the room gets crowded quickly.

A bit of a distance from center of town, not walkable.

It was cute and comfortable but there was black hair all over our room floor. They came and cleaned it as soon as I told them but it was pretty gross. Otherwise the gym was amazing and so was breakfast and the windows are very cool.
