Great location close to metro . Staff friendly and helpfull Room was not cleaned only rubbish removed and clean towels. The hall stank of wet dog and musty. Shower hard to regulate. The Blankets had holes in them. Found a dirty sock on the floor on arrival . And had to ask for towels as there were none. Very noisy especially at the back of building

The location is great, we were very happy with it! The beds are comfortable (although squeaky) and the pillows very comfortable. Very good internet connection. The Shower!!! 5 seconds the water is boiling hot and then in a blink of an eye it turns icy cold for minutes. It was impossible to shower. There was almost no in between. Also, there was a huge strand of hair in the shower from a previous guest. It was not cleaned for our stay. The beds were okay but one of them very squeaky. No air conditioning.

The was in the city centre close to every thing which was great When we arrived we got checked in and when we got to the room the room was not cleaned and we had to go out and wait for 40minutes for the room to be cleaned.

It was an awful experience. There are no ACs (air conditioner) we couldn't breathe in the room due to the heat and the lack of ventilation. We ended up leaving and not staying at all at the hotel as we found better accommodation which had better rooms, view and for less money, with amazing staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL.

Boden im Zimmer war dreckig und hat geklebt. Beim Check-In mussten wir alle Daten selbst ins Tablet eingeben und der Mitarbeiter war sehr unmotiviert.

The hotel is quaint & has lots of original features of Viennese building which takes you back in time. The balcony was a bonus as it was very hot in July. Attractions are within walking distance. Drinks in the room rather than reception would be better.

The staff was lovely very friendly the only problem I found was parking and expensive but everything else was good The beds were good very comfortable stuff we're very helpful
