The Palais Mailberger offers comfort, a great location and a reasonable price, and the people working there make it special. They gave us advice on restaurants and tourist activities. After we departed for Milan, we realized we left some items behind. Jana and her team were very helpful in forwarding them to us, a really unexpected nice touch.

The location of the hotel coud not be better. It is in the center with a pedestrian site. Walking distance to the museums, concert hall, shops etc. The breakfast was excellent, both buffet and a menu. I stayed in this hotel a few times and always liked it. Nothing

The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The cafe in the centre of the hotel was a quiet getaway from the busy streets.

This room was great and we had an exceptional time here. Very nice staff and a great experience. Location was perfect, lots of things in walking distance. Really Happy that we stayed here.
-
Nice helpful staff, good location between museum area and old town squares. Short walk to tube stops. Room was smallish but clean and comfy. Huge shower!!
-
The rooms overlooking the internal courtyard and the hotel café can be somewhat noisy at times, but not affecting overall comfort.
-
The only thing that could be improved is the condition of the rooms — we expected a fresher and more modern renovation

Definitely a very nice stay at the middle of the center. We loved everything about the hotel. The staff was also amazing. This has been our first choice for further accomodations. Pillows are too soft.

What we liked: Excellent check in. Very professional and friendly staff. A big thank you to Lea, Anas and Yanni in reception. Hotel is very clean. Wonderful breakfast and excellent staff. A special thank you to Ana in breakfast service. Large room Great shower Thanks for the nuts. They were a nice snack. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were nice. Thanks for the washcloths. Many European hotels do not offer these. Housekeeper was wonderful. Nice spa area to relaxation after a day of touring. Very good location and many good restaurants within steps. We would happily give this hotel all the highest ratings if these small improvements were made. We found the coffee maker in the closet in an awkward place. No place to hook up the coffee maker. There is only one small table in the room. We requested another table be brought up which was done but again it was a small table. At least we had a place for the coffee maker and on the other table we could keep the water and a few snacks. If you are staying a few days and want to set up your electronics and or other items that you use everyday there is no place to put them. The tiny attached bed tablets don't cut it. It would be an easy fix to put a desk or larger table underneath the television and or side dressers next to each side of the bed. Also, a few hooks near the closet would be helpful for hanging up the very nice robes that were in the room. There is no place to put them if they are damp after use. No refrigerator.

Small but nice GYM and SPA Absence of Bottled mineral water in room

Almost everything. You must know exactly where to direct your Uber driver to stop you. The address alone tells only half the story.

Great location, incredible breakfast, kind staff

We absolutely loved our stay—the hotel was spotless, beautifully modern, and perfectly located for exploring Vienna with ease. The breakfast alone would bring us back; We’ve traveled the world and have never experienced anything quite like it. The standout was the Kaiserschmarrn, made fresh each morning by Chef Sandor himself, who even took a moment to show me his process with such pride and care. It was an unforgettable touch that made the entire stay feel exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel. N/A

Nice quiet location Expensive breakfast

Staff and location were excellent! The room was very spacious. They even offered us apples and peanuts everyday at the room (a little detail that goes a long way). It's very easy to get anywhere -museums and areas of interest- walking from there Breakfast was a bit pricy but excellent. Everything was pretty awesome!

Location, the staff at front desk were extremely helpful (thank you Alina and Camillo! And several other front desk staff were outstanding as well, I just don’t know their names.)the relaxed environment, (mostly because politeness of staff?!), and the spacious room. The restaurant. Long, narrow and packed. Inexperienced or non thinking waitress set up the utensils and menu for me (a solo traveller) to sit facing the wall an arms length away, the other seat faced out to the courtyard. Average quality baked goods, (but excellent oatmeal). They only offer 28euro breakfast even if you only want oatmeal and coffee. It was very upsetting to hear the kitchen staff clearly sick, horrible cough and sneezing.. I couldn’t finish my food and left.
