Hotel Attaché

The room was clean and quite comfy.

Trams just next to the apartment. Too small room. Bath was not comfortable, nor had a plug.

At the reservation it said there is breakfast but there isn't any

The location i think is very good because you are just 20 min away from Opera or Karlskirche. Parking garage cost 20 euros per day but was worth it. Room was clean and very good, worth the price.

Located on a Main Street, but super quiet inside. Room was big and comfortable, no light pollution to disrupt sleep.

Small but clean room, great shower, comfy bed. Had a room with a balcony facing into a courtyard which was nice and quiet. Perfect for a short stay! It was a bit noisy until like 1am from other guests, but after that it was really quiet.

Really nice location, near public transport. The contactless check-in was greatly appreciated. The room was really clean and was just enough for our short stay.

Very clean throughout the whole hotel, check in process very easy and efficient, can get clean towels if you request, had a smoking balcony, warm in the hotel, hotel is easily accessible to many main tourist destinations through one tramway or bus that was very convenient. A little bit of a hassle to get to the hotel itself via public transport from the Vienna airport - I would suggest to have some information/instructions available to tourists to make it easier.

In the photos, some rooms look really nice, but the room we got was quite old. It had a separate toilet and bathroom, but the toilet was very small. The main thing that disappointed us was the cleanliness—the bathroom wasn’t clean enough.

Unattended check-in ( worked for me since my train arrived at 10 pm). Quick safe 10ish min walk from main train station. Nice and even sidewalk/street if you have lots of luggage to pull. Close to public transport yet surprisingly quiet in the room. Coffee/tea available. 12 square meters room but you have everything you need to spend affordable night in Vienna:-)

Nothing Nothing

The hotel was easy to find and in a convenient location. Directions for contactless check-in were easy to follow. The room was clean and offered enough space for our one night stay. We had a car and the code provided to get into the parking garage was incorrect. I called the number I had from the booking as well as the number posted at the hotel entry without luck. Fortunately, another hotel guest had also parked a car and shared their code to get into the garage. I emailed Hotel Attache after we had parked and they sent a new code (the same the other patron provided). Since we needed to park upon arrival, this situation was very aggravating, however it worked out in the end.

Shower bath small, drain slow (disgusting) poor light in room and bathroom, AA doesn’t work, old bed,

I was in the single room. The light at the sink could have been better, and it was a bit odd that the shower is in the room with you next to the bed. A bathmat would have been good.

Found bugs in the room and the hotel seems very dirty and old
