nothing was good, we had leave and find a different hotel The staff was terrible, they told us we have to leave an hour before the original checkout time, an that we can not leave our luggage in the hotel for additional several hours until our flight ( which was agreed in a phone call before we came ) , the experience was terrible and we had to find another hotel

The hotel was cosy, quaint and charming. The room was comfortable for our family of 3, and we like the location which was very central to all the main attractions, either by foot or a short bus/tram ride. All good, nothing we didn't like :)

Location Is not a 4 star hotel. Reception desk personnel were short and rude.
