Beautiful rooms Lovely dining inside and outside

First rate facility and services. Not cheap, but a decent value. Prices.

Staying at the Imperial was being in fantasy land. It is truly palatial and so beautiful. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We ate outside at the little cafe multiple times and it was perfect. A minor complaint. We couldn’t pull the shades up in either of the two rooms in our suite. I have no idea what the rooms looked out on.

The concierge team was outstanding — we exchanged seven or eight messages while planning my wife's birthday and they answered every one thoughtfully, always suggesting how they could help. They arranged champagne and beautiful flowers, upgraded her to a Deluxe room, and even checked her in without her passport (she'd left it with a friend) when I asked, letting her bring it later — real support at every step. There were lovely extra touches too — little sweets and bithday letter as compliments — and the whole thing had a real "wow" effect. Nothing at all — they thought of everything, and made the day feel completely effortless for us.

Bathroom was outdated. We had s suite, but Bathroom was outdated.

Great location. Luxuriously appointed rooms, modern clean large bathroom, service very polite and professional. Room well lit, great AC, vanity light in bathroom perfect. Charming cafe with outdoor seating available. Great cocktails at bar and we caught jazz show one night Due to unusual heat wave, lobby and especially revolving door entrance became warm, stuffy and a bit smelly at times

The location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance to main attractions. The room itself was gorgeous. Definitely stepping back in time. The architecture was stunning. Breakfast was delicious, good selection. Anita, the front office manager was extremely helpful in all aspects of our stay. Whether it was questions regarding the room or advise on how to get somewhere, she was very accommodating to our requests. We will definitely be back. We really did not experience anything negative.

Classic Vienna old world Hotel. Staff and facilities were excellent. Beautiful Bedroom and Bath. Room service coffee needs an upgrade…

Location is excellent. Breakfast is very good, breakfast room and outside terrace absolute tops. The building and its history are a rarity and it is magnificent. The bed was one of the very best I have ever encountered. And front desk staff is very helpful, arranged for castle visit and train tickets. Nothing comes to mind.

Great location to access city attractions Everything was great
-
Location and the history of the building Some of the elderly staff were not very “hospitable”to someone from the middle east
-
This was the most beautiful and luxurious hotel I have ever stayed at! I felt like a princess staying in a palace.
-
What could top staying in a former palace. The rooms were beautiful and well appointed, the staff was friendly and efficient and the lobby was spectacular

Construction all around us and locked in the floor with shut doors. A nightmare. Construction in rooms surrounding us, hall doors locked us in. Hammering, loud noises p, dust etc

Everything was perfect

We arrived, from Prague, via a driver. A fine dining restaurant within the hotel, unless we somehow missed it.
