Great location. Less than 10 minutes walk to train station. The staff are very friendly. Room and beds arrangements are clean and comfortable. Overall experience are excellent. No dorm size refrigerator in the room. But the staff are nice to help me store my food in their refrigerator.

Helpful staff, easy check in, clean and quiet rooms, comfy beds. Perfect location. It was 4 minutes away from the closest tram which is 1 stop away from Wien Hbf. AC was already on when we checked in. They also kept our luggage for us after check out. If I were to visit Vienna again I would definitely pick this hotel again. Nothing.

The only thing I would criticize is checkout. The hotel distributes room codes. I think there should be a kind of mail box rather than an open bowl where room information is left. Theoretically everyone could pick up these cards and enter the room after checkout. I always take photos before checking out.

- Staff were very friendly - Having a room AC was a godsend to get through the heat wave - Very clean rooms - Very convenient to get to the Hauptbahnhof - No kettle in the room for boiling water, but this is a very minor nitpick as you can get hot water downstairs - Breakfast was a bit too pricey for our tastes, but again a very minor nitpick

Perfect location for a business trip to central Vienna or Hauptbahnhof area. Incredibly attentive and helpful staff. 24-hour front desk. Quite yet central location. Modern facilities. Great price for the location and facilities it offers.

Friendly staff and convenient location. No cups in the room, only paper cups are provided. Walk quite far from the hbf at the first time, but later found out that tram “D” can send us to the stop close to the hotel.
